This was my first time staying here. As other people have said in their reviews, the older staff member spoke fluent Japanese! Check-in was at 3pm, so I went there at 12pm to leave my suitcase before checking in. The staff member mentioned above was mopping the floor, but he said, ”Please come in” and let me in, and when he realized I was Japanese, he spoke to me in Japanese. I told him I wanted to leave my suitcase, and he confirmed it and said, ”You can enter because your room is already ready!” He said. It was very helpful. The other staff members also greeted me every time I passed by the front desk, which was very nice!! The room was clean, and I stayed in a large room by myself, but I was able to open my suitcase with ease. There was an outlet and a light switch by the bed. There were also two USBs, so I didn't have any problems. I definitely want to stay here again.

The location of the apartment is convenient as it is situated near a convenience store and several restaurants. Additionally, it is only a 10-minute walk away from the subway station. The room is relatively spacious but appears to be cluttered and unclean. The sofa has stains on it which is not very pleasant. However, the sound insulation of the room is poor and I often hear noises from the elevator and other rooms during the night. The elevator itself is not very hygienic and has an unpleasant smell. Moreover, the breakfast choices are limited.

For the value I'd go to a different hotel nearby, so I wouldn't really recommend this place just purely based on my experience. The smell of the room was unpleasant and when I opened the laundry machine it had a foul smell, it also didn't have laundry detergent, I wish they had the information on how to connect to wifi and the facilities available and the opening times and etc inside the room. They do have the paper that has all those info but it's next to the kiosk where you check in but it can be easily missed, because unless you go and pick up the paper and read it you can't tell what the papers are for. The check in from the kiosk is available from 3pm sharp. Inside the elevator there's an information on how to connect to wifi.

Location is more suitable for business travellers who want to work & commute in financial district, otherwise there’s not much to do in this whole area as it’s very hard to find a decent or simple eatery which opens near late night compared to living in Dongdaemun and Gangnam. Our room is located high and we can have a glance of the nearby buildings and overlooked further. They don’t provide full amenities compared to 2 other 5-stars hotels we had stayed in during this trip. So prep yourself with our necessary amenities like earbuds, combs, earplugs, sewing kits if needed in any case.. The hotel room is quite spacious and toilet is equipped with a bathtub which we didn’t get to utilise at all but my child had once because she wanted to play a bath bomb for 10 mins. Other items like ironing board, iron, Nespresso coffee machine, distilled water bottles, beverages and condiments, safe box, fridge were all provided. And I find it quite troubling as there were too many ‘big-country’ tourists either staying in the hotel or those living in Seoul going to the Hyundai Seoul mall to buy luxury goods. And the entire mall is crazily flooded and packed with youngsters on the day of our check-in and the next day. Some came to window-shop while most others came in for food and perhaps after meals, to seek shelter and shield from the cold. You won’t be believed this you can’t even find a place to eat as all fast food eateries, snacks counters and restaurants were fully unavailable. There were basically long queues everywhere you go. Ended up my super famished poor child had to walk a long way with us & venture out in the cold to find any available restaurant to have our dinner. International breakfast is served daily at L5 and the buffet spread is limited compared to the one we stayed & had in Dongdaemun. We had to pay additional 55,000KRW (SGD55) per day for our young child to dine in with us as her breakfast was not included in our accommodation package. I think it’s really too expensive and given that we always came down only at 9.30am and the breakfast stopped at 10am sharp. The food she always had was a small bowl of cereal, 4 small bite-sized hash-browns and a glass of milk only where she had to eat fast within 30mins before they closed for the day. For such price paid, it’s totally not worth it and we can’t avoid paying lesser despite they knew we only had 30 mins left to dine. Overall the concierge service crews’ attitude and professionalism were excellent and Fairmont had the best staffs with great service i encountered during our 3 weeks stay across 3 different 5-stars hotels. I wished I will have another chance to stay here again but the price for each night is SGD450++, which is really expensive.

The wedding hall is right next door, so I made a reservation. There is a room where families can stay, so it was very convenient for families to share a room. Those who are having their wedding at the Yeouido Wedding Convention can stay here, which is quite convenient. It's about a 2-minute walk! I called a makeup artist to do my makeup, so I didn't have to rush early in the morning and was able to arrive at the wedding hall on time.

I only needed a place to stay for one night, so I thought a cheap place would be enough, but it turned out to be better than I expected. The male owner was very kind, the facilities were new, and the futons were very clean. We all made some noise from daily life, but it was very quiet and my roommate slept soundly. The only thing that was disappointing was that the curtain in front of the shower room was too thin, so I was worried that people would be able to see through it from outside. I think it would be safer and easier to use if there were blackout curtains so that you could change clothes in front of the shower room. It's a women-only guesthouse, the neighborhood is not bad, and it's just off the main road, so I think even young girls would feel safe. I'll probably use it again, so I hope to see you there again.

Near Yeongdeungpo Station, the hotel is surrounded by delicious food and a Yeongdeungpo traditional market. The transportation is also convenient. The only drawback is that it is a bit noisy at night. Free coffee is provided at the front desk of the hotel. There are many Chinese guests. I will stay here next time. There is a Korean beef shop next to the hotel, which is absolutely awesome.

You can walk to Hongdae. The nearest is Sans. The location is difficult to understand, but the elevator does not go to the 5th floor, so go up the stairs a little. I was a little worried at night because it was in the club town, but I was sleeping. There were amenities that other hotels haven't recently. I had a comfortable time.

The front desk staff was there 24 hours a day and everyone was very kind. The free coffee and service were excellent! It was a motel, but the location was great. Shopping and food were also close by. I was very impressed with the service of the staff.
