Fairmont Ambassador Seoul

Ini adalah hotel yang bisa disembuhkan di kota! Tapi kolam renangnya kecil dan ada banyak orang jadi saya agak kecewa. .

Lokasi terbaik untuk berbelanja terhubung langsung dengan The Hyundai, jadi sangat menyenangkan untuk menikmati berbelanja di The Hyundai. Hyundai dan IFC Mall juga terhubung, sehingga Anda dapat menikmati hari-hari musim panas yang panas di kedua pusat perbelanjaan tanpa harus keluar. Saya memesan kamar dasar, dan kemudian meningkatkan kamar ke kamar dengan pemandangan indah. Fasilitasnya sempurna dan kebersihannya bagus, tapi sangat bagus. Sebagai hotel pusat kota yang dikoordinasikan dengan infrastruktur sekitarnya, kami berencana untuk mengunjungi lagi sebelum selesainya kompleks Pearl River di depan hotel.

Saya puas dengan desain yang modern, kondisi kamar yang bersih dan staf yang ramah.

Pelayanan hotel bintang lima juga top. Gym, kolam renang, dan layanan kamar semuanya memuaskan. Saya ingin datang lagi lain kali! !

The hotel has a great location, close to Yeouido subway station and Hyundai Department Store. Upon arrival, the staff proactively helped with our luggage. The front desk staff provided excellent service and were very polite. Due to not having a local credit card and accout issue, we couldn't use the app to book a taxi, but the staff promptly helped us with this. The view from the hotel window is excellent, with a clear sight of the Han River. The hotel uses Le Labo 31 amentities. However, the cleanliness needs improvement. Some areas has quite a bit of dust buildup, and the housekeeping staff placed our personal toothbrush directly on the counter, which made us uncomfortable as the toothbrush directly touched the surface.If we visit Seoul again in the future, I will still consider choosing Fairmont.

The hotel environment is of good quality, the equipment is complete and novel, the mattresses are comfortable and moderately hard, and the electric heater is thoughtfully installed, which can be used immediately if the weather suddenly gets cold. The mall is nearby, so it is very convenient to go shopping when you go out.

Staffs in Fairmont hotel are polite and I would like to special thanks to Yoony. We met at the elevator hall and she recommended the fitness when she saw me wearing sporty outfits; she also apologised for the wait at elevator when there is full of hotel VIPs. Definitely the magic moment of our stay.

Location is more suitable for business travellers who want to work & commute in financial district, otherwise there’s not much to do in this whole area as it’s very hard to find a decent or simple eatery which opens near late night compared to living in Dongdaemun and Gangnam. Our room is located high and we can have a glance of the nearby buildings and overlooked further. They don’t provide full amenities compared to 2 other 5-stars hotels we had stayed in during this trip. So prep yourself with our necessary amenities like earbuds, combs, earplugs, sewing kits if needed in any case.. The hotel room is quite spacious and toilet is equipped with a bathtub which we didn’t get to utilise at all but my child had once because she wanted to play a bath bomb for 10 mins. Other items like ironing board, iron, Nespresso coffee machine, distilled water bottles, beverages and condiments, safe box, fridge were all provided. And I find it quite troubling as there were too many ‘big-country’ tourists either staying in the hotel or those living in Seoul going to the Hyundai Seoul mall to buy luxury goods. And the entire mall is crazily flooded and packed with youngsters on the day of our check-in and the next day. Some came to window-shop while most others came in for food and perhaps after meals, to seek shelter and shield from the cold. You won’t be believed this you can’t even find a place to eat as all fast food eateries, snacks counters and restaurants were fully unavailable. There were basically long queues everywhere you go. Ended up my super famished poor child had to walk a long way with us & venture out in the cold to find any available restaurant to have our dinner. International breakfast is served daily at L5 and the buffet spread is limited compared to the one we stayed & had in Dongdaemun. We had to pay additional 55,000KRW (SGD55) per day for our young child to dine in with us as her breakfast was not included in our accommodation package. I think it’s really too expensive and given that we always came down only at 9.30am and the breakfast stopped at 10am sharp. The food she always had was a small bowl of cereal, 4 small bite-sized hash-browns and a glass of milk only where she had to eat fast within 30mins before they closed for the day. For such price paid, it’s totally not worth it and we can’t avoid paying lesser despite they knew we only had 30 mins left to dine. Overall the concierge service crews’ attitude and professionalism were excellent and Fairmont had the best staffs with great service i encountered during our 3 weeks stay across 3 different 5-stars hotels. I wished I will have another chance to stay here again but the price for each night is SGD450++, which is really expensive.
