Ulasan Hotel the May Jongno

Saya terkejut melihat betapa bersihnya ruangan itu! Luas dan kamar mandi serta toiletnya terpisah jadi sangat nyaman! Kami dengan senang hati akan menggunakan Anda lagi! ! ! Selain itu, ketika saya pergi makan malam di dekat sini dengan seorang teman yang menginap di hotel lain, kami tidak dapat menemukan taksi, jadi kami meminta taksi di hotel, yang dengan baik hati menerimanya dan bekerja keras hingga larut malam untuk menemukan kami. Saya sangat menghargai itu! ! Berkat ini, teman-teman saya dapat kembali ke hotel masing-masing dengan selamat!

Katanya kamar ada jendela, tapi kalau dibuka gordennya, yang ada cuma tembok, aku benar-benar kehabisan kata-kata. Dinyatakan dengan jelas bahwa sarapan akan disertakan, tetapi pihak hotel memberi tahu saya bahwa sarapan tidak akan disediakan pada akhir pekan. Menghabiskan 1.800 yuan untuk menginap di hotel yang sangat buruk selama dua hari.

Saya menginap disini total selama 3 hari dan secara keseluruhan sangat nyaman dan lokasi sangat strategis. Namun tidak ada check-in. Kalaupun saya keluar pintu terlambat di hari pertama dan memberi tahu resepsionis lagi, saya tetap tidak kembali. Akan lebih baik jika lampu di lift lebih terang.

Saya bisa makan ramen untuk sarapan dan rasanya enak! Kamarnya bersih dan tidak ada masalah. Terima kasih

Lokasinya nyaman karena berada di daerah dengan transportasi yang nyaman. Katanya saya harus minta bersih-bersih terlebih dahulu paling lambat jam 3 sore, tapi saya tidak bisa mendengar penjelasannya secara lisan, jadi saya bingung saat masuk ke kamar di malam hari. Saya mengerti bahwa mereka tidak membersihkan kamar, tetapi saya sedikit kecewa melihat mereka tidak menyediakan handuk atau air baru. Sulit untuk mengeluh terlalu banyak karena mereka menyampaikannya kepada Anda saat Anda menelepon, tetapi fakta bahwa layanan dasar tidak berorientasi pelanggan perlu ditingkatkan.

Hanya ada satu meja depan Cina yang memiliki sikap baik dan bersedia membantu menyelesaikan masalah. Sebagian besar meja depan Korea acuh tak acuh dan tidak memiliki layanan sama sekali! Seharusnya untuk tamu lokal, tidak ramah untuk orang Tionghoa! Dan ada biaya tambahan untuk sikat gigi, yang agak rumit!

Pros : near to subway Jongno3, restaurants, local nightlife drinking place Cons : staff lack of courtesy, impoliteness, unprofessional hotel staff, lack of hotel management experience. Hotel is in an alley. Hotel Building is near to each other, air circulation is not that good. Not convenient for those who wants to take a taxi, especially with luggages. Noisy place especially in night time, nightlife, drunk people are everywhere. No toothpaste and toothpaste. Broken Rubber Slippers in bedroom is not changeable not sure for how long.🥲 Very Limited breakfast of choice. High Price doesn't worth to the hotel rooms, amenities and services. You can find 4 or 5 stars hotels with better prices and qualities in myeongdong compared with Hotel The May Jongno.

Strategic hotel location, friendly staff and easy to access to train. but breakfas to simple..

this hotel is easy to find but when come to night, super noisy with many drunk people at street. u can see and heard many youngsters surrounding screaming, talking, laughing very loud even u in the room. this room have shower tab inside but useless and waste space. can't be use because water leak if put water in it. the chair leg is metal and floor is non carpet. so when u adjust the chair, u drag it, super noisy. so when up or down room drag the chair at midnight, u sure can heard clearly and disturb your sleep

Service was good. Check in was fast and friendly. They let us leave our luggage at the desk before check in. They called a fancy taxi for us when we checked out early in the morning to catch a train. The front desk is apparently 24 hours which is very convenient. Room was spacious but a little old. There were a few fruit flies or drain flies. There was a little bit of mould and discoloration in the shower. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are perfect. The TV had a lot of shows available. Overall good stay and good value for the price.

Friendly and helpful. Having had surgery appreciated their American standard bidet. Good and healthy free breakfast.

We had an absolutely amazing time at. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

Great Location , near Jong no(3) ga station ,where a lot of street food and people for hang-out . So cool.

Room was clean, location was good. Room was not cleaned for days however after checking in and no towel replacements automatically given unless explicitly asked.
