Ulasan Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Seoul Namdaemun

Saya pikir ini adalah hotel dasar yang bagus dengan harga yang wajar. Saya berharap sarapan prasmanan memiliki lebih banyak pilihan. Anda membayar 16.000 tetapi memiliki sedikit pilihan.

Hotel insisted that I must get a separate room for my 2 young children, as the max no. of people allowed for this room is 4A + 1C. Though we’re a family of 7 (5 children under 17), the hotel refused to accept that we can’t let our young children stay in a separate room on their own.

Ramada was a great place to stay. Lots of shops/places to eat and subway is in very close proximity to walk. Place was really clean and staff was very friendly. For a small fee, There is a breakfast buffet and a shuttle to the airport right at the front door.

It was our last two nights stay out of 21days honeymoon so I thought I'd book us nice roomy hotel room in a prime location. Should not have done that. In trip.com deluxe double (pet friendly) was the only available deluxe double option so we booked it. When we got to the hotel reception the staff member noticed we didn't have any dogs or cats. So I told them we don't have any pets with us but booked the room anyway as it was deluxe double with big nice shower and separate toilet (at least in the photo it seemed like). I also told them I don't mind if they want to put us in a different room then the pet friendly(we have 3 cats and 2 rabbits of our own back home so whether or not it was pet friendly did not matter). We ended up assigned to a longer term residence room, as it had a fridge with separate proper freezer and a washing machine. What bugged me the most was that the shower was so tiny within a tiny bath tub and toilet was right next to the bath/shower. The photos of the deluxe room and the room we were assigned did not match so I rang the front desk and explained the situation and asked. The answer I got was simple 'the room you're in is deluxe double'. No further explanations as to why the toilet is not separate as seen in photo, why is there a bath/shower instead of a big wide shower screen or the room is different to the photo. I swear I took the photos but it's gone for some weird reason🫤 but oh boy after that the entire stay was just a disappointment. Not coming back ever. Good on those who find this hotel delightful but if things go wrong oh boy they're not willing to help.

Strongly advise NOT TO STAY HERE. The photos you see are a scam. The room does not look like that at all - it is super old, rundown, dirty & smells weird too. Location seems near to Seoul Station but is pretty far (about 10-15mins walk).

It was reasonably good.

basic, and nothing special. Very much lack of staff. Cafe only open for few hours.

Basically good. Great location take traditional modern korean foods.

급하게 예약하고 왔는데 좋았어요!!! 친절하고 방도 깨끗하고 잠도 잘 잤어요!! 근처 여해오면 재방문 할려구요!!

這酒店簡直了，是我這次韓國住的幾個酒店裡麪最踩坑的，還比不上宜必思，也就比宜必思房間大。首先，全屋傢俱設施30年以上，沒有智能馬桶，老式浴缸，熱水淋浴頭不可調，早餐品種太少，煎蛋煮蛋都沒有，樓道房間裏都有股黴味，哦，連沙發都沒有，放了兩把木頭椅子。 橫看豎看，超過500就算被宰了，結果賣到1000多，真是離了大譜
