Very bad experience Service: The female front desk was rude, she pointed at the guests while chatting with others, very uncultured, the male front desk was more polite, he would not make trouble Environment: The environment was very bad, like a 200 yuan motel, the room was very small and shabby, very inconvenient, the air conditioner was facing the bed, which was unhealthy. The furnishings were super old, and the sound insulation was super poor. The cleaning lady was quite enthusiastic. Summary: The female front desk had very poor quality, and the room environment was very bad.

Booked a two-night stay I arrived at noon on the first day and was asked to check in at 5pm. I had no choice but to store my luggage and wait until 5pm On the second night, I took my child to a convenience store to buy instant noodles. After I finished making them, I carried them back to the hotel. When I arrived at the elevator, I saw an elderly couple talking to the front desk, so I lined up behind them to wait for the elevator. When the elevator arrived, the elderly went in first, and then my child and I went in one by one. The front desk spoke to me in English, but I didn't understand it very well, so I didn't reply. When I was halfway into the elevator, she called me again, causing me to turn around and talk to her. At this time, the elevator door suddenly closed and just caught me, causing the whole bowl of instant noodles to spill on my arm. The front desk never said a word of apology, just asked me OK? I asked her for burn ointment but she didn't say anything. Later, when I checked out, she didn't apologize at all. If she hadn't insisted on stopping me, I wouldn't have been caught by the elevator, nor would I have been scalded by boiling water! ! The bedding was soaked with disinfectant, and I was itchy all night! Bad review, bad review, bad review!

The boss is kind, It's close to my business trip, And it's not hard to get there by public transportation. It's a bit disappointing that there aren't any restaurants I like nearby.

Very nice and clean. I would like to come again. Very nice staff. But you have to book early because this hotel is quite expensive, if you book on time you will get cheaper

The facilities are old and the rooms are not necessarily cleaned every day. The sound insulation is very poor. The price is cheap. The location is good. It is very dark and depressing inside.
