Ulasan Hotel the Designers Hongdae

Good location. Easy and not far to get the airport bus. A convenience store is nearby. I like the bathtub.

It's Abt 10 mins walk away from the main street and 5 mins walk from the hapjeong station . There is an airport limousine transfer at the hapjeong station so thats convenient. They charged for luggage storage 1000won for 1 hr which I feel they could do it as part of a service instead of charging. There is no amenities and the heat system is centralized, so you can't adjust the temperature but it's geta cosy .

I took one night in this hotel because I wanted to sleep. Because of the high temperature (21-22°) I couldn't sleep. I asked, and they turned off the heating. Unfortunately, the temperature was still too high and didn't decrease.

when arrive to the hotel was really dirty inside, i complain in the desk and just offer clean again. the control of tv and ac doesnt work, bathroom without amenities and really dirty!! also i found a insect inside

The service was excellent and I appreciate the quietness of the area. The location, amenities, cleanliness, and staff service were excellent.

I never noticed that the check in time is 11pm when I booked! When I arrived at the hotel at 2pm and requested a normal time check in at 3pm, they rejected me and insisted my booking is 11pm check in which is absurd! Even though they have many rooms available, they didn’t allow me to check in and requested a 160,000 won additional payment if I need to check in now. I have no choice but to pay the hotel really reluctantly as I need to settle my things and get enough rest for my marathon the next day morning. What a ridiculous arrangement and I will never book this hotel anymore!

the location is good but the service which is very bad and gave us wrong room

receiption on 29th Mar 24, Do not have service mind and problem sloving after i request extra bed. they just put it in front of the door. The cleanliness, there are some previos hire and dust before i arrive at.

This hotel is for couple travelers, It’s not for family’s travelers.

Location is convenient & good. Lobby is very small but staff was nice. However, in the room, not each switch has electricity supply. Toilet was not completely clean & the last day the toilet flush switch was out of control ! The biggest problem was that at 1st day night, when I back to my room(I was very tried at that moment), I wrongly went to the room which next to mine, I found my mistake after I opened the door. Yes oh my god !!! I can use my room card open the other room (the room owner was not in the room but I'm so sorry！). I report to the staff but don't know the reason...and then my room door was not easy to open, need to push & pull several times. It was terrible experience since it is the problem of safety & security. Wish can be solved.

Hotel charges for every thing if you keep your suitcase and no provide for shampoo or shower baths . Staff not friendly. But it good location you can walk to hongdae and hapjong station . and have many restaurants and shop.
