Hotel dekat Achasanseong Fortress, Seoul

If taking subway you can head to exit 10 of jamsil station and you can go through the lotte world mall before street level, head straight, take the escalator next to the aquarium up, exit the main doors and cross the road to the left for the hotel. (It it not sheltered/ connected directly between the mall/ station and hotel). We took the side entrance lift up to the reception but if you go further down you’ll see the main car drop off and concierge. The staff service was really friendly, although at the check in reception we were given a list of rules and asked if we had any questions, so the hotel vibe felt quite formal and stiff. Was concerned about the rules on the swimming pool booking and bringing outside food in, but the staff around were kind and welcoming so we soon felt at ease. Was able to rent the required swim cap free of charge. Room was classy, spacious and bed and bath comfortable. We booked the lake view room but one can only see it at the side when nearer to the windows. We had indicated we were celebrating our wedding anniversary but there were no special greetings in the room or wishes at reception, which normally hotels would as part of their hospitality. The lake view from breakfast and the pool was beautiful! Heard it would be even more beautiful in spring! We enjoyed walking around the lake and exploring the restaurants on the other side. Great shopping location next to the lotte mall The swimming pool is small with one lane for laps and others for relaxing. There’s a heated jacuzzi outside and within the beautiful changing area was also has a hot bath and another neat amenities. The gym was huge and had so many machines! All in all a great and beautiful stay! Wish we stayed longer than one night! The only con is that you have the transfer lifts at the reception level each time you go out or in so you’ll just have to meet and greet a lot of people along the way.

Great location. Few convenience shops less than 5min walking distance. Unlimited body lotion supply especially during winter dry environment is very useful. Washing machine inside room with laundry detergent & Coway water filter provided are plus point.

Seoul is a beautiful city and the Hotel made sure our experience was an extremely positive one. The hotel was absolutely wonderful. Clean rooms, great food, technologically advanced and great location. The staff were amazing and very friendly. They were always willing to assist and supported our every request. Though Seoul is far and I may never visit the country again based on where I am from, the hotel left a lasting impression on me.

A small room. But everything in the room is working fine. Room still looks new. Very near Euljiro 4 station. Nothing much around hotel. Most eating and shopping were done near around hongik Uni station. This Acube hotel is near Baiton Hotel. There is a bus stop next to Baiton hotel. We took bus 6001 dropped off at that bus stop. On our last day, we went to the same bus stop, waited for bus 6001, boarded it and went to Incheon Airport. (Oh, it is a loop service). Each way costs 17,000won. Very convenient!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Place is connected to subway station chungmuro. Exit 5/6 is the best as it connects directly to the apartment BUT there’s a short flight of stairs before you get there. You can take exit 7 where there’s a lift from subway to ground level but you’ll need to cross a small road to get to the apartment. This accommodation is more like an airbnb but with daily housekeeping. There’s 2 bottles of complimentary water daily. There’s a washer/dryer but you’ll need to bring/buy your own detergent. Like what many reviews said, there are 2 main lifts serving this rather concentrated building with 3 operators so you might need to wait quite a bit to get up / down. The major peak timings are the check out timings between 10.30am - 11.30am. We waited 20 mins to finally get down. There is another lift but I think that’s mainly for the housekeeping team to use so usually that lift is full during daytime. During night time that lift is usually available. Overall it is an ok-stay as a serviced apartment / airbnb styled apartment. Its location is abt a 10 min walk from myeongdong.

Due to a mistake in my reservation on Trip.com, I was unable to check in to the hotel I had originally booked, so I spoke to the person in charge directly by phone and ended up staying at Sanbee Hotel. In the end, I was very satisfied with the clean and spacious room. I think the problem was dealt with quickly, but I only lost about 2 hours, so that was disappointing, even though I arrived on an early flight. The hotel front desk staff were very kind and spoke Japanese. The location is within walking distance of Jonggak Station and Anguk Station. I used different hotels depending on my destination. It was very convenient.

The location is just super convenient . The room is good and the staffs are all very helpful. There is a small sauna and I use it everyday during my stays in the hotel. my only complaint is the air con because you cannot really control the fan and temperate, but overall I will stay here again if I come next time

The journey from subway to hotel was so easy to find and the staff was friendly. They all spoke good English - I asked questions and they were able to answer without any language issues. I reported there was a tiny problem with the flush and they were able to fix it right away!! The highlight of the trip was how they could let us keep the room for one more hour before checked out time, we so truly appreciated that! Of course the convenience store on the 1/f was so good ... you would not need to worry about being hungry or thirty and who doesnt visit a convenience store when in Seoul! The room was spacious and quiet, we got the view of Seoul Tower so it's another bonus! :) Definitely could book again for our next visit :)

Had such a wonderful stay at novotel suites in seoul! The location is absolutely fabulous and the services is amazing!! And dont get me started with the view of the room!!!
