Ulasan The Grand Sumorum

Our room was in a main “old” building. The walls in the hallway are dirty, the carpet is dirty too. You can see that everything is outdated. I haven't been in the annex building. I can't tell you what it looks like there. The breakfast is very good. The view of the sea is very beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi are cool. It cost 35€ to get to the hotel from the airport by UBER taxi. UBER works great. Loved the ravioli at Martin house restaurant next to the hotel.

What a brilliant location, right on the beach, lovely pool and good food. There are 2 or 3 local restaurants nearby too (really liked Martins Kitchen!). Breakfast was nice but a very small restaurant for the size of the hotel, would recommend the management look at this. But would definitely come back and we loved our stay. Sad to leave

Room and view of the water was amazing! There is construction on road leading to hotel but does not interfere with sleep. The elevators smell like mildew possibly dew to people getting in post pool and the carpets holding moisture. Awesome awesome views and amenities. The gym is located in front of the water!! Be aware of limited parking but don't allow this to deter you from renting a cars . Listed below are pictures of the view from the street.

The facilities and location is a super big plus! The gym faces the ocean and the hot bath is clean and well maintained by the aunties working there. Rated service low because hotel reception was a little unfriendly. It was pouring and we just needed an umbrella to run across to the main building but they said they could not lend us any, even for a short while. But that was just one staff member. The rest were friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place if you don’t mind travelling a distance from the airport upon landing.

The hotel is right next to the sea, super scenic, rooms are big and came with an ocean view. Hotel room had Nescafe Dulce Gusto machine with plenty of capsules which was a huge surprise for us. Love sipping Americano while viewing the sea. Hotel is really beautiful, comes with a nice library. They provided bottled water as well. There was a GS25 nearby. There is a restaurant called Olle Chinatown nearby which serves THE BEST TANGSUYUK (sweet sour pork). Give it a try. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap was from MALIN GOETZ. You definitely get a quality stay here.

Room was average for the price, looked a little more luxurious in the pictures , buffet breakfast was good and there are 3 different pools available and a good size gym in a separate building, lots of parking spaces available too

Really nice hotel. The room was very big and had a great view. There was a bit of noise in the morning because my room was close to the stairs, I could hear people rolling their bags in the morning. But a part from this the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were good

I was very disappointed with this hotel and had been really looking forward to coming for a stay. I was not given the room I booked, 1 King bed and 1 Single, but was instead given 2 double beds and when I queried this, they said that they give out rooms randomly and was not able to give the room type I reserved (I don't get how this reason makes any sense) and that they could not do anything about it, no realllocation or recompensation etc.The hotel staff lacked knowledge about local public transport and nearby tourist sites opening times (I missed the sunrise at Seonsang Ilchulbong because they said that it was not possible to do and then when I arrived there in the morning, there were in fact people there before sunrise). They also gave wildly innacurate estimated travel times to various parts of Jeju. Housekeeping did a very poor job of making up the room (uneven beds, no new bathmat, didn't hoover) and ,when I came back to the hotel, I had to raise this with reception and they seemed completely unbothered. I booked in for 3 nights and ended up checking out a day earlier and when I arrived at the reception to do so, all they cared to mention was that there was no refund, they didn't even ask why I decided to leave early and how my stay was. I was looking forward to my stay here but left feeling really disappointed and like I was a nuisance for them to host and they didn't care about me at all. I would not recommend sadly.

Great spot, accessible to a little village called Beop-hwan. There are three swimming pools and a hot tub (that isn't nearly hot enough). There's also a GS25 convenience store in the basement. The staff are friendly and speak English. The place is clean and well maintained, especially given its location. The breakfast is a good value if you buy it at check-in. Avoid drinking alcohol from the hotel bar. VERY expensive! Buy it at the GS25 or the nearby 7-Eleven (five minutes' walk).

숙소가 너무 깨끗하고 뷰도훌륭합니다 다들 친절하신건 물론이고 숙박하는 동안 이용할수있는시설들도 너무좋았습니다 제주갈때마다 그랜드섬오름만갈거에요

조용하고 크진않지만 있을건 다있는 멋진 호텔입니다 가성비면이나 시설면이나 매우 만족합니다 다음에 갔을때는 레스토랑은 꼭 이용해보고싶어요

부모님 두분이서 떠나신 제주여행이라 숙소를 어디로 잡을까 고민많이 했는데 제주여행에서 숙소가 가장 맘에든다고 하셨어요. 제일 뷰도 좋은방 주시고 청결하고 무엇보다 좌식방이라 너무 편했다고 하시더라구요. 다음에 또 제주도가면 다시 오고싶으시다고하셨어요, 아쉬운건 입구쪽에 푯말이 잘 안보여서 도로에서 지나칠수있다고하더라구요. 그런 시설만 조금더 손 보면 더 좋을거같아요

정말 좋았습니다! 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 직원들 모두 친절했고요~ 실내외 수영장이 모두 깨끗했어요. 사우나도 작지만 알찼고요~ 너무 좋은 시간 보내고 왔습니다! 재방문 의사 100프로 있어요!!
