Poor Bathroom and Inconvenient Location My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The bathroom was a complete disaster. The water from the bath didn’t drain at all, leaving dirty, stagnant water in the bathroom throughout my stay. It was unhygienic and very unpleasant to use. To make things worse, the toilet design was incredibly inconvenient. The flush button was hidden under the toilet lid, so I had to stand up and move the lid just to flush—completely impractical and frustrating. The location of the hotel was also a letdown. It’s quite far from Sentul Central, where the AEON Mall, IKEA, and Sentul EMC Hospital are located. If you’re planning to visit these places, this hotel is not a convenient choice. Overall, between the disgusting bathroom and the inconvenient location, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.

Driver got lost as there's a big u-turn from highway. Breakfast was ala carte due to fasting period thus need to inform breakfast type, if not, it will be default rice set. Shower pipe has sound and there was no instruction on how to use it. Nice scenary view. Nearest convenience store is of a distant away.

It was a great hotel with a various tasty breakfast. Love the menus given. But unfortunately, i got a smooking room doe to not available room in a non smooking area. It was very smelly.

Good place

Clean & tidy room. Parking is circling, even though there are still many empty ones, but covered with cones. The receptionist is rude, and after breakfast, the room can no longer be accessed, even though it is still far from check out time, so you have to go downstairs again to ask for access, and there is no explanation or apology from the receptionist. For the restaurant, the service is good, and the food is delicious.

The room is spacious, there is a sofa too, it's quite clean. Got the top floor, it's nice near the pool and fitness area but the hallway is really hot like there's no air conditioning so it's not comfortable. The food is delicious and varied. The playground area when I was there, the slide balloon was broken but still in use so it's a bit dangerous for children.
