Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Sendai station. Convenient to go anywhere. Shopping mall, restaurants around the hotel. Guest room is spacious, clean and tidy. We will definitely accommodate here when we visit Sendai again in future.

I love this hotel so much.
Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel.
Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far )
If you didn’t book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go.
We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car.
Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.

The room was spacious and luxurious. There was a balcony, and the view of Sendai from there was spectacular at night and in the morning, which was a moving sight. The bath was a unit bath, but the bathtub was large enough to stretch your legs out, and the space was very clean. There was also a large sofa, so it seemed like a waste to stay just to sleep. Next time I stay, I hope to spend a little more time in the room.

This capsule hostel is located at a shopping street with lots of restaurants and eateries which is walking distance to Sendai station. The environment is sparkling clean with nice facilities & amenities eg.open hot tubs bath and sauna, rest room etc. Service staff at the counter are friendly and helpful. The only shortcoming is that you need to pay for keeping your big luggage which doesn't fit into a small locker provided for free. You pay 100yen for a wire rope which chain your big luggage at a side of the lobby. Overall it is a good budget capsule hostel. I will choose it if visit Sendai again.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is good with many restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. The staffs are efficient and easy to communicate. If the hotel could change its policies not to stop the lift at the reception floor whenever we go up or down.

GGuest UserIt's a bit of a walk from Sendai Station, but it's easy to find and the location is good.
It was a smoking room so there was a smell, and I asked for a machine to deodorize it when I went out, but it didn't improve much. However, the room itself was clean and the unit bath was spacious and easy to use. The front desk staff were also very pleasant and polite.
They offered drink service, which was very convenient.
There were also many amenities available, which I was grateful to use.
The front desk staff were all kind and polite, so I had a comfortable stay.
I would like to use them again.

GGuest UserI stayed at this place every time I went to Sendai, love it. The staffs are very nice and helpful. room is small but clean and has plenty of good toiletries. great location, right across the street from Sendai Station, which makes everything easier. Lots of department stores and shops and restaurants around and inside the station. Sendai Morning market right outside the front entrance. Really like the breakfast. It's used to be included but not this time for me, but for ￥1450 pp is still not bad at all compare to eat outside, even in the morning market. I sure will come back again!

だだらだら旅行大好きちゃんI am very grateful for the courteous service from check-in to check-out. The coin laundry machines for men and women in the large public bath were very convenient, and I was very grateful to be able to use the dryer while taking a bath. There were also many amenities available, making it a wonderful stay.

AAnonymous UserHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.

Ddarbz89Business hotel, located a 5-minute walk from JR Sendai Station (east exit).
Probably the only business hotel that I’ve stayed at in Japan that doesn’t have a bathtub in the room. There is a public bath on 2F, however I was not able to use it due to having tattoos. The shower in the room was fine though, with good water pressure.

AAzmalAt Breakfast buffet they serve food with all the allergy ingredients but it was not at all clearly mentioned if it has pork or beef or chicken.
Example : there was a potato salad where it says they do not have pork in it but found out that they put pork sausage inside them while eating and they will will let you know after you ask them.
If they would have mentioned clearly it would be better to reconsider when you have allergy issues.
I feel that was poorly organized.
Please be careful with the allergy issues before eating during the breakfast and ask them in details about the ingredients if you feel confused.

GGustavo TozzoThe hotel was simple, and the front staff were very friendly, and though the room was clean, it was one of the smallest I have stayed at. It seems to be quite an old hotel, but it’s nicely kept and the location is really good. Several convenience stores close by, and the Sendai station is also an walking distance. The lack of amenities was a disappointment, and during a pouring rain there were no umbrellas available, which was a downer.
Having said that, I would not hesitate to stay again at this hotel if it’s available during my trip (I do travel to Sendai regularly)
Sorry I didn’t take photos… I was quite busy during my stay…
