Hotel Hot Springs Sendai

Beautiful decor and really comfortable. Loved the toiletries and pyjamas provided. There's also an air purifier in each room. Location is superb, a few steps away from Sendai Station and main shopping area!

Business hotel, located a 5-minute walk from JR Sendai Station (east exit). Probably the only business hotel that I’ve stayed at in Japan that doesn’t have a bathtub in the room. There is a public bath on 2F, however I was not able to use it due to having tattoos. The shower in the room was fine though, with good water pressure.

I am very grateful for the courteous service from check-in to check-out. The coin laundry machines for men and women in the large public bath were very convenient, and I was very grateful to be able to use the dryer while taking a bath. There were also many amenities available, making it a wonderful stay.

The room is relatively small, the bathroom facilities are a bit old, and you have to adjust the hot and cold water yourself, but the bed is still very comfortable. There are Chinese-speaking waiters at the front desk, which makes communication easy. The hotel has a microwave and washing machine, which are convenient for daily accommodation. There is a subway station just outside the door, which makes travel convenient and cost-effective.

Take the subway from Sendai Airport to Sendai Station and walk a few minutes to the hotel. The location is very convenient.
