Hotel kecil yang bersih di dalam kawasan sutra. Tempat parkir di depan kamar hotel cukup luas dan bersih.

Kamarnya kecil & agak bau. Pemanas kamar mandi tidak berfungsi sama sekali. Kedap suara normal, kadang-kadang bisa mendengar suara dari luar. Dengan harga RM180-RM200, ini termasuk mahal. Pintu toiletnya kaca bening 🤣

Location is good, within Sutera area with food and entertainment all within walking distance.  Hotel has water dispenser, so free water.  BUT ventilation is not isolated and ****** was smoking in toilet next door that blew into our room.  Hotel staff stopped them but room still smell of smoke for rest of night.

Quiet location in a part of town that’s 5mins drive from Paradigm Mall (without traffic). Otherwise a pretty self sufficient area with good food, services, bars, and a neighbourhood mall all within walking distance. Good for some peace and quiet away from the city.

the soundproofing not really good, volume of the maintenance work at corridor quite loud. TV no sound.

The room is a little small, and it is difficult to sleep at night as it is not sound proof. There were fireworks put by a neighbouring pub at 3am and it is very disruptive. Can also hear our neighbouring rooms getting loud at night. Bathroom hygiene is good, but bedroom walls have stains.

Great location with many eateries around And hair salons and facial salons But paying SGD$90, you will expect at least a pair of bedroom slippers and the hotel is 4-5 units from a bar ( tipsy monkey) the bar music it’s another level of deafening. I posted this on 12.37 am and I can hear the loud music from my room

Room size is good enough for a night of sleep. Location is good as it is near to the family karaoke area at sutera. Receptionist was kind and friendly enough to borrow us bottle opener. 😊

Overall a convince and friendly hotel to stay. Been there before Covid and now again. The only comment is there’s room to improve in room maintenance. The paint is peeling off from wall and a sour smell in the room but don’t know where it’s from. However, the cleaning done by hotel stuff is there and they are very friendly whenever approach for help.

I can only give 5 stars to the service staff as the hotel was recommended by my friend and seeing the reviews but not to my expectation at all. The hotel got a musty smell when I entered, and the pillows got an oily smell too.

When we travel to JB, Mood Hotel will always be our first choice. Plenty of food places nearby to choose from, area that never sleeps if you enjoy night life with a sip of beer and live music. Friendly security guard seated outside of the hotel to look after your car overnight is a plus point. Only one of our stay there's stained bed frame and some repair works need to be done for the room flooring. Hope the management will see this and improve. Honest feedback from your loyal customer.
