Hotelnya besar, lingkungannya bagus, dan nyaman untuk parkir, tetapi spa hanya buka di akhir pekan, dan informasi ini tidak terlihat saat memesan. Terutama untuk melihat proyek pemeliharaan air dan makan babi panggang, restoran paling terkenal harus dipesan terlebih dahulu, namanya Jose Maria

Aunque está lejos del centro, tiene la parada del bus justo enfrente que pasa cada 15' y solo cuesta 1€. El hotel tiene parking gratuito, cosa que pocas veces encuentras. La decoración es preciosa y la limpieza muy buena.

Hotel was very nice but apart from the young gentleman who checked us in and both him and another young lady at the reception when we were leaving, I found the staff very very unfriendly.

Hotel is nice and very spacious, good value for money. Was disappointed that you have to pay extra for using gym/indoor pool/sauna… it was written under amenities so we assumed we had access to it. Free car park is great, there is nothing near the hotel so will need to drive or take taxi.

Very disappointed that pool was not open for my stay-even though temperature was 33! The hotel is very pleasant but is a long way outside the town.

great service - lovely team making sure our room had an extra bed even if not planned - super large corner room, facing city, mountain, garden and pool - will go back (provided we are without pet as they don't accept which is worth pointing out) - a bit of a long walk to town (2.5 km) - but very doable - bus and taxis are cheap - recommended as away from summer buzz of tourists.

I have never slept in a bed as hard, we had would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor/carpet. The breakfast was mayhem as I think 🤔 there was a conference or something going on, had to queue for about ten minutes for coffee by the time got back to the table the food was cold (that you also had to queue for) was cold. We have stayed at this hotel about three years ago and thought it was very nice but would definitely not stay again.
