I like the place its just the service that i kinda dont like it We were asking to clean our room since we stayed there for 4days and the front desk have so much excuses.

Room decor, kitchen white goods and bathroom taps in need of some revamp, but the layout of the 2 bedroom suite is great for a family with 2 children and grandmother. Convenient with sofa beds and a large enough size kitchen.

The room was very nice had everything. With the exception of a top lock it was broken.they said they would send someone to fix it. I feel it should have been good to go when i walk in. We needed some ice they brought it right away. You can text them 24/7 they will always respond. Alicia and Jessica help out the most with check in and text me with all the info I needed. Also it was my birthday and the upgraded me for free.

Such a great gem! I highly suggest traveling to Sedona and highly highly suggest staying here!

Beautiful

It is a serviced apartment. Its advantage is that the kitchen facilities are very complete. If you want to cook something yourself, you only need to prepare some seasonings. The only slight inconvenience is that there is no elevator, so it is not very convenient to carry luggage if you live on the second floor. If you stay consecutively, there will be no room cleaning service, and you need to take out the trash yourself when you leave.

It was really spacious and close to the Grand Canyon so it was nice

As a resort hotel, everything is perfect. In addition to the main building, there are two or three-story buildings. It is 4 kilometers away from West Sedona town. There are supermarkets and fast food restaurants in the town.

The best hotel for this vacation. It is actually a very new apartment. The kitchen, living room, room, bathroom (bathtub + shower), toilet are all independent and spacious. You can cook simple meals by yourself. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher are all available. Very quiet. Free parking. You can watch the stars in the community at night. Super cost-effective. Highly recommended

The room is big and ok, but the location is not good

The environment is beautiful and the kitchen facilities are complete. Unfortunately, the stay was too short and we missed out on the rich activities provided by the hotel.
