the hotel is super central near the pike market. Ask for a room in the middle not towards the street. These rooms are really noisy due to the street noises. We changed the room and everything was fine. We liked the old and elegant style of the hotel. It also has a nice bar and lounge area. Beware of people taking ***** outside on the streets everywhere in Downtown. We didn't go out after sunset. (Unfortunately it seems thats normal now in large cities of the US) No blame for the hotel and staff. They were really nice there.

本次美國之行住到的性價比最高的酒店，地理位置非常好，附近也很安全，出門就是海邊的派克市場，好吃的好逛的非常多。酒店的氛圍非常好，服務態度也超棒，前台的小哥推薦了很多好吃好玩好逛的地方。
唯一需要注意的是攜程訂的房辦理入住時記得確認房型。我當時攜程訂的是Queen Deluxe，給的是King（前台説他們系統顯示的Queen但辦理入住當天給我升級到了King），我是退房時才注意到就跟前台問了一下，他們同意給我退了差價

優點：位置絕佳，窗口能望到派克市場logo。裝潢很別緻小清新。lobby也很漂亮。
缺點：好像沒有太大缺點。房間雖小五臟俱全，而且裝潢格局讓其不顯得小。樓下cafe人氣不太夠，沒有嘗試。
下次還會入住其他城市的Pali

Palihotel is in a very convenient location with kitschy decor. For the most part staff is friendly and helpful. It is clean, however needs updates. The towels looked like rags with frayed edges and stains. The room was kept at a constant temperature of 72 which is good for most, however we are used to much colder, so were uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have the option to lower temps. The attached restaurant is good, however very expensive. Recommend eating breakfast at one of the many nearby coffee shops. Do not go out in the evening or later unless you are ready to be accosted by aggressive beggars.

Palihotel is very charming and the staff did a fantastic job. I loved the a**osphere in the restaurant and the food was excellent. The rooms were very cute but not very convenient. I stayed in a room with 2 twin beds that were not comfortable and didn't have night stands. The sconces next to the beds were cute but way too bright and one was broken. The TV was only watchable from one of the beds. The fridge was adorable but full of mini bar items and no room for anything else. It seems to be more about the boutique look than about comfort. If I were to visit again I would probably go to the restaurant but stay somewhere else.

The customer service was excellent. I love the unique decor that fused a retro theme with modern appliances and comforts. There is a minibar which was cool and a great breakfast. The bathroom was clean, beautiful and had plenty of amenities (robe, cotton swabs, Kleenex, etc.). My only two complaints are the wish for a trash can in the room part instead of just the bathroom, and that they insulate the windows. It was the loudest hotel I ever stayed in. Almost felt like the windows were built and installed to amplify the outside noises. We heard every single yell, car door slam (except my car getting broken into), and siren (blaring). Also maybe a garage where cars can securely park. I have to replace a window someone broke for no good reason.

It was very stylish and the staff was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Great location as well. Downtown has its characters like anywhere nowadays so keep that in mind. Also one ply toilet paper is not ideal.

Beautifully renovated decent sized rooms, can get a little noisy from the streets below if you’re on the western side if you’re a light sleeper. Walking distance to everything!
