Although the location of the hotel is in downtown, it is not the best. It takes 6,000 steps to get to Pike Place Market. It was built in 1909. It can be seen that it is very old and not well maintained. I have lived in Italy Longer hotel, the cleaning is not very good, the room has a musty smell, but the serviceis very good,the staff at the counter are very friendly, the luggage delivery service staff and the valet car are also very good , People who like buildings with a sense of history recommend you to stay.

Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Good location, walking distance from the pike place of the ferry wheel of the food terminal. But parking is expensive. Hotel staff will recommend parking in the public car park opposite. But remember to put the paid receipt in the front window of the car, otherwise it will be a ticket for unpaid.

Booked a room for my parent and the room was amazing. Susan at the front desk did our check in and she was wonderful, attentively explaining every facilities in the hotel. Location was perfect. In the middle of the downtown, close to the shopping places, all must go places in Seattle city, and also the subway station which can take you to the Mariners T-Mobile Park or the airport.

The city view room has a nice view and the lobby is very grand, which is perfect for gatherings with friends. The gym and swimming pool on the fifth floor are very convenient. The hotel's Relish restaurant has good burgers and the waiters are very enthusiastic.

Great venue in terms of location. Staff very helpful. The real downer was the cleaning.Although our room was cleaned to good standard, the public area was not. One of the rooms opposite had a discarded cleaners black glove outside on the floor for 2 days. Also by the lifts on the 26th floor was a discarded coffee cup on the table. This was left there when we arrived and was still there when we checked out.

Great hotel awesome location. The gym was great they have a sauna and hot tub. Parking also isn't too expensive. Definitely a plus in Seattle. The room we stayed at looked like they rushed to clean it. Hair was still in the tub...safe to say we didn't use it. When booking our room the descriptions categorize the room as ”lake view”. That should definitely be updated to say ”city view” not ”lake view”. Kind of upset that we didn't know ahead of time because we would've upgraded if we would've known sooner. Also beware of construction being done in the city!!when we stayed 3 out of the 4 roads around the hotel were under construction. 2 of those roads were closed off and the city started work at 6am on Saturdays. 630am came around and there were jack hammers being used on the roads that could be heard on the 15th floor. All in all I would stay here again but would do more research before booking.

One of the biggest room I have ever stay as a solo traveller! The room is quite spacious with a couch and desk in addition to the basics. The bathroom was really big too! The Gym was well equipped with different machines. Would recommend.

The location was good. However, it was a little noisy because it was in the city, the heater was noisy, and even when the heater was on, it didn't work well and it was cold when I slept. Other than that, it was fine.
