Ulasan SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Scottsdale North

Have a great breakfast that my boyfriend loves, rooms are cute and clean and great staff!!

Place is a bit old but definitely a decent place to sleep. Wasn’t dirty but we had a room right next to the elevator that was pretty loud. The a/c unit was pretty loud as well. We needed a night away so this was good enough.

I I ove my Stay I love the location I love the fact is near my job has been a travel nurse.

房間非常小，這應該是我來美國住過最差的酒店。比旅館還差。衞生間連洗臉盆都放不下，衹在房間外面放一個洗菜盆來給客人洗臉。房間放下二張床，連門都不能完全打開。價格1988元一晚，實在是太貴，設施完全不值這個價錢，希望出差旅遊的千萬不要來住，酒店靠近公路，隔音特別差，噪音大。 看看這個衣櫃就這麼小，一點裝修都不帶！

酒店非常簡陋，從中國人的角度看，非常不安全，而且攜程收費和酒店現場收費差價太大

The attendant didn’t explain to me clearly how to use the. Key-card to have access to my hotel room, rarely I use hotels.

I loved the size of the fridge in the unit. Finding the room was a bit confusing. The unit is a bit small but clean in a good location very safe and near everything.

The shower did not have a door or curtain, everything in the small bathroom got wet. The shower water pressure was extremely high, it hurt.

NOTHING like the picture, terrible staff. incompetence is what they are described as. My friend who was staying with us has ASTHMA and they did not cared, the room was FULL of dust, dirty terrible smell in the hallways and UNSAFE. first night she couldn’t sleep, asked to switch rooms and it was exactly same thing. next day she did NOT slept there we did early checkout and they are not giving us a refund, not even partial refund. my stay was supposed to be for 4 days, ended up staying just 1 of how AWFUL experience it was. i DEMAND partial or total refund for such a terrible experience related with Health Issues.

Check out staff was great. Breakfast was lovely. Damage deposit policy was confusing. Bath towels were terrible.

Everything was clean. One of our rooms you couldn’t take a shower without getting water all over. It was walkin. Bathrooms are very small. One of our rooms no coffee maker, but there was coffee lol. Breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly. If on a budget this motel would be fine.

We had 2 queen beds reserved. But when we arrived at the hotel the elevators were not working and because my parents could not go up the stairs we stayed in a room with 2 full beds on the first floor. Because I had already paid for the queen beds the hotel would not give me a discount. Also there were no wash cloths in the bathroom, so used a hand towel as one. The breakfast was fair. Room floor was not clean also.

Note they only had one washer and dryer but luckily there was no one else using it when our family needed to do laundry. The pool was also not real warm but it didn't prevent my kids from enjoying it.
