"Finding the entry was difficult as we had to navigate through a Coles car park. The apartment was mainly clean except for the fridge and the dishwasher. Milk provided only had one day left on the expiry date. Comfortable bed but couldn’t sleep because of freight trains throughout the entire night and morning. Tap in bathroom was very hard to turn on and off. Whilst shower head sprayed everywhere and unable to adjust for height."

I have to give 5 stars because it exceeded expectations, however, the breakfast was unremarkable - unless of course you are a fan of the typical English big breakfast, then you're on a winner! Peter, our host, was like a longtime friend and extremely helpful and kind. This place is his passion and the little touches, like lavender bubble bath and candles by the spa, say volumes about the care he takes. The heated indoor pool has skylights that let beautiful natural light flood in, and the grassy stretch between the pool room and dining room was perfect for a lazy morning. I highly recommend staying."
