Super helpful staff. Gopal and summer singh helped with the wildlife safari. I was in situation, where i ended up with booking separate tickets for my son and i. They helped to get it on the same vehicle. Coordinated with the driver and helped us with catching the shuttle. Food is very nice. However my teenage son could not eat much, but they went out of their way to substitute items in the buffet for him. Who does that these days. The swimming pool has very clean water and i saw families spending lot of time. There is a very nice lawn and garden. I saw families playing cricket and having a birthday bash.

This is wonderful property for group of friends and families. They provide excellent tasty food. We ordered golgappa and those were really tasty. Worst hotel I have ever been to . I would not recommend it to anyone. Pathetic service. I guess they don't even know the meaning of atithi devo bhava . Even their manager wasn't aware of what the hospitality services should be like . Very rude person. They could even tell people to check out midnight inorder to extract extra money from u .worst experience

Hotel had hygiene issues. Toilets were stinking. Pool filter wasn’t working. No lifeguard present. No hangers in the shower area. Guests were allowed in their regular cloths without having shower. Food was average. Cutlery used was not up to 4 star level. Coffee tea was served in the lowest quality glasses. All in all not wort the money they are asking. I tried connecting to the manager but he was not available
