Pleasant. We arrived late at night..there was no front desk at 12+ midnight..we didn't call up earlier to advise our late arrival too.. a room key a flash light and a simple note placed on front desk is surprisingly more than enough to make us felt welcomed and thought for. thumbs up.. The place is beautiful and calming...Simple breakfast was served and all is good..Would definitely return..

I had an amazing stay . The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and comfortable.. The hosts were incredibly friendly and provided excellent hospitality. The location was strategic, with easy access to nearby attractions. The facilities were complete, the rooms were spacious, and everything was well-maintained. Big hotel, parking is reasonable next to each other, there is local supermarket clean rooms corridor lights use the sensor system servers, if someone walks through food is easy to find not far from the flea market.

Clean, cozy hotel, great price, excellent staff, minus poor sound insulation... there is a hairdresser nearby, 7eleven, the people around are friendly. Stayed overnight before a trip to Langkawi, the ferry leaves at 11.30)))

Great big room with hot shower and the greatest matress. We loved the bed. Unfortunately no water kettle or hot water for coffee or tea.
Stuff is super friendly and helpful, they helped us with laundry service and transportation.

It’s a good location near the town and Tammalang Pier. It’s only 2 minutes away from Big C.
We were there just to stay for the night and went to the jetty in the morning. Shower has warm water, which was nice.

AArtemov OlegI think this is the best hotel on Koh Lipe. It is excellent. Namely the hotel, I will tell about the beach separately. The houses are simply gorgeous, huge with designer interior. Inside there is everything you need, as well as: umbrellas, disposable toiletries, sun hats, slippers, coffee machine and so on. I recommend that you immediately study the application on your phone from the hotel. Through it you can order a transfer to the hotel and the main street, as well as make an order for laundry and any other needs. The local restaurant is very good. The food, although expensive, is delicious. Pleasant atmosphere without crowds of people. Live music plays in the evenings. Life hack: if you get from Pak Bar, then choose the boat company taweesub speedboat. Because they sail a direct flight for 1 hour 20 minutes and arrive 70 meters from the hotel. Beach: good, few people. They clean. Nearby there is a place where people run to the sunset in the evenings. Even at maximum low tide, swimming is great. And the ebb itself is not noticeable.

PPC Chin117We had a fantastic stay at the Resort which was very conveniently located close to the jetty landing. Being situated at the end of the Sunset Beach, it was less busy and expose to the general public, making it rather private. We had to change the room the first day due to a plumbing issue in one of our rooms. The resort was also very accommodating in changing the 2nd room to a ground floor unit as I’d suffered a knee injury prior to the holiday. The daily buffet breakfast had wide choices and something to look forward to even after 4 nights. Kudos to the ever helpful receptionists and Boy who was super helpful and informative. Will definitely be a choice of stay again.

ССветланаExcellent hotel. We liked everything. We took a view house, not the highest, but the view was very beautiful! We stayed here for 4 nights. 2nd beach. One with rocks, the second without rocks. Fish. Great for snorkeling. Good, tasty restaurant for evening dinner. Breakfasts are a la carte, nothing special, but everything is delicious. I recommend. The staff is wonderful. Sincere. Everyone is kind, trying to help. We took a snorkeling excursion from the hotel (trip B) and were also pleased 👌🏼. The rooms are of course old, but this did not spoil our vacation!

GGuest UserFantastic place, attention to each detail, beautiful hotel territory, well designed room with a unique design, very rich and tasty breakfast buffet. We stayed in Garden Villa close to the beach and it was wonderful. Food and drink in the beach bar are of a good level and reasonable prices, their young coconuts are fantastically fresh. Staff is incredible and try to assist you with everything. Keep in mind that hotel is spread over the hill, we had beach level villa, but there are many that are located upper and you have to climb many stairs. But for a short climbing it’s fine, good for health. Though can be a big minus for older travelers. Definitely I will stay here again on my next visit to Lipe.

We had a room near the restaurant and front desk. The accommodations were clean and the room had all the amenities of home including a romantic outside bath. The grounds were kept up the pool was sparkling And of course the beach that was only a few hundred feet from our room was amazing

2. Drying rack for your cloths
3. Cold room when you enter it. AC works even when you are out. Each time you return to room it's in optimal temperature.
4. Breakfast with really wide range of options.
5. Many towels

7. Very good lighting system
8. Upgraded room for free and even didn't told me about that.
9. Free delivery to/from walking street/jetty.
Some drawbacks can be found, but they are minor.

GGuest UserAbsolutely a wonderfull hotel. Great location, great rooms and the view from balcony is stunning. The staff is very very nice, and rhe kitchen is very high standard. The beach infront of the hotel offer you very clean water and the best possible snorkeling. Just like being in a aquarium..

GGuest UserThe concept is pretty nice, but the bungalows are quite outdated — we stayed at 3 different hotels (2 on the sunrise beach, 1 at the north pole) and all the hotels are a bit oudsted inside.
The girls at the reception were great, helped us with everything we asked for.
The territory is not that big, compared to other resorts. But very green and a nice layout.
The biggest disappointment was the a/c — it was old and very noisy, even at the minimum fan level, and obviously couldn’t cool the room down. In April and May a/c is the first thing that must work properly cause it’s extremely hooooot.
The bathroom at the balinese villa is huge, but there is not air circulation, so after you take a shower be ready for a weird smell — not from pipes, but from the humid space with no ventilation.
One more thing we didn’t like was that there was no shower or faucets in the beach area — so when you’re done with your beach activities and head back to the room you won’t find any water to help you get rid of the sand. We had to use the pool for that reason.
The breakfast is pretty simple, it’s not a buffet, but you can choose different options from the menu. Very basic taking into account the price you pay for the villa — for the same price you will get an amazing buffet at the Idyllic concept next door with plenty of options, including noodle station, roti station, ice cream, etc.
For 1 night it was okay, but I’d hardly choose it for a longer stay.

MMiludekuangxiangThe scenery is beautiful, but there is no air conditioning! ! So it gets really hot at night. The most troublesome thing is that the air conditioner brings the problem of mosquitoes, and some of the mosquito nets are too short to be effective. Friends who are afraid of heat need to choose carefully.
The hotel has many services. The PADI dive shop is located in the hotel and provides rental of various equipment.
Located at Sunrise Beach, watching the sunrise in the morning is an excellent view.

Location right next to Walking Street on the beach.
But, the beach outside the hotel is full of boats, people waiting for the ferries etc, so not very nice and no beach chairs, BIG minus for us.
