Toer Hotel & Spa

This is NOT a 5 Star hotel. Limited staff that do not care. No one to help with luggage , no one to greet you. Rooms lack everything a 5 star hotel has to offer- basic essentials -like no bottles of water, no coffee maker, no minibar. our safe was unavailable because the previous guest left items in the safe. The shower was cold. The bed was uncomfortable with a single thin sheet. No blanket. The curtains would not close. It was daylight in our room all night because of the neon sign. An alarm on the front of the building went off all night long. The elevators were slow- don’t try to use the stairs-you get trapped with the only way out is to walk down 15 flights. Very disappointed. We left and went to another hotel. And they did not care or ask why we checked out early. The new hotel was fabulous. All the amenities and a helpful staff. It said 4 star but the new hotel offered more than what was considered 5. Not sure who rated TOER. Also the noise is very loud. You can not get coffee in the morning. Even if it is made you are not allowed to have it, I was told no. Had to walk to a coffee shop. I never do reviews but thought I should so others know.

Loud music through the night & terrible service. Modern hotel, central location, initial check in lovely! Room 106- music and base blaring through the room. We asked to move rooms as genuinely unbearable- the hotel (which has rooms available) says no. Stay here if you want terrible/ unforgettably bad service and a sleepless night.
