There is no separate refrigerator in the single dormitory room, so you should keep this in mind. ** You must reserve the shuttle ** I made a reservation when I went to the accommodation, and when I tried to make a reservation after checking in to return to Susukino, it was full ㅠㅠ So I took the nearby express bus No. 7 after checking out. The hot spring tax and sake lounge use are postpaid and you can pay when you check out. I had a great experience, having both dinner and breakfast.

A standout feature is the free shuttle service from Sapporo Station, which adds convenience for travelers. Overall, it’s a practical choice for its location and amenities, though the rooms could use some updates.

If you drive there by yourself, it would be very inconvenient to take the bus. It was around 5 pm when we arrived. It was already dark. There was no one at the front desk. Maybe there was a shortage of manpower. There was only one service staff serving us that day. We waited for 5 days. It took about a minute to see the front desk clerk. He should have gone out to get our dinner, but the service was very considerate and he even took the initiative to help us carry our luggage upstairs👍🏼. The room was large, the hot spring was very comfortable, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. , my daughter brought a lot of self-service snacks downstairs, we all thought it was very good, you can also watch Netflix, the hygiene is also very good, there are many sweaters and bathrobes 👍🏼

Overall, the experience at Cuishanxi was very good, but the service of several male waiters left me with a very bad experience. One was the male waiter who checked in. His overall reaction was very bland. Having stayed in so many high-end hotels, I felt that his attitude was average and indifferent. At that time, we were not told that we needed to pay 150 yen per person for the private hot spring. I was wondering why they didn't tell us that it was not necessary? But the most annoying thing was the male waiter who checked out the next day, a thin male waiter. When we checked out, we asked him if there was a bus (although there was no bus when we asked before checking in, just a tentative question to see if there were any variables), he said no, it was normal to get here. Then we asked him to book a taxi for us. He said he was very busy now. Didn't he think about making an appointment when he got up in the morning? ? Oh my God, am I here to stay in the hotel, or do I want you to teach me? I didn't say that a taxi would pick me up immediately. I just booked a car. It's my own problem to arrive early or late. Do I need to listen to you teach me how to do things?  Fortunately, when we walked around and went back, we met a female receptionist with a very good attitude. She was very kind to help us consider three options and even tried to help us coordinate the bus position. In the end, we took the bus. Otherwise, I would definitely complain to this man! So I strongly recommend that other male waiters learn more from this woman!

Except for the restaurant, all other areas are self-service. The hotel is very secluded and close to the river. The nearest bus stop to the hotel is Jozankei Bridge, about 500 meters away on foot. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable, but the facilities are a little old. There is an air outlet above the bed with a large air volume, and there is no place to close it. The hot spring is small and exquisite, and the men's and women's baths will be switched, so that you can experience the hot springs on both sides on the day of check-in and the next day. The biggest feature of the hotel is the food. Just look at the pictures. It is a leisure hotel that is very worth experiencing and staying in again.
