The location is excellent, about ten minutes' walk from JR Sapporo Station, and it is very convenient to go to major attractions. There are many convenience stores, shopping malls, and restaurants around. The room size is suitable, the breakfast variety is rich, and the service attitude is good. It is worth recommending!

It was mid-winter, so I walked for 5-6 minutes from Sapporo Station to the underground mall exit 21. It's about 400m away from the main street in front of Sapporo Station, so if you ask me if it's convenient, well, it's not so convenient. I left the exit but couldn't find it, so I looked for it on Google Maps. Be careful because the building is not visible from the main street. The facilities are standard for Toyoko Inn.
