I made a reservation to attend the graduation ceremony at Hokkaido University and to help my children move. I was surprised at the coincidence because a good friend of mine lives in the residence building. It was the first time in my life that I experienced a semi-double bunk bed. Thanks to this, the room was spacious and I was able to open and spread out my suitcase. I usually take a detour to avoid the bed in hotels, so it was a completely different experience. The shower was strong and it felt great to take a warm bath. However, the structure of the faucet was a little tricky, so it was difficult to adjust the temperature. Also, the pillow smelled bad. It was a shame that the previous user had slept with damp hair and it smelled stuffy. It was fine if I turned it over, so it was just about safe. It was snowy at the time of year, and the sidewalk on the north side of the main entrance had not been cleared at all, so it was impossible to roll my suitcase. No one clears the snow. That's a shame. Other than that, the value for money and location are both very good, so I'd like to use this place again when I go to Sapporo. Highly recommended.

The room was converted from an old apartment, and there were mold spots everywhere. The bathroom smells like urine and can't determine where it's coming from, and the exhaust fan is loud and ineffective. There is cool air under the door leak. There's ash everywhere. The hygiene is terrible. The only advantage is that the two beds are 1.4 meters, and the accommodation is not strictly supervised, which may secretly squeeze four people.

There may be insufficient manpower, so there is dust in many places. It's very close to Hokkaido University and within a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station. It's also convenient for those who like to go shopping and pass by Takashi on the way. There is a convenience store next to downstairs. There is often no one at the counter, and check-in and check-out are operated by sending a mail code on the machine. Get the door code. There is shower, shampoo and conditioner in the room, and other small packages can be obtained on the first floor. The first floor is being renovated, and it feels like it needs to be updated gradually. Hope it will be better in the future.

The location is convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, but it's not in the downtown area so it's quiet. Shoes are not permitted in the rooms, and the atmosphere is like a renovated property for single people. There is also a simple sink. It would be even better if there were an outlet by the bed.
