Good location and friendly staff very helpful recommendations for this hotel for staying

Location is good - only 5min walk to susukino station but the front door is very small No reception staff at the mid night We use password to enter the lobby and room The room is tiny and old but I think I m acceptable with this low price The room rate also includes breakfast and hot spring but the closing time is too early in the morning which is 9:00am for weekdays (9:30am for weekends) Most of the dishes are vegetarian food. I think it’s ok for business trip and short stay

Better rate via trip.com. 2adult+1kid in a room comes with 1 queen size bed with loft bed. Good service and location, breakfast was ok but I will never choose this hotel again because of the room size and small toilet. It was 12m³ only.

This is the night view of Susukino from the hotel. Except for the small rooms, they provide breakfast and there is a hot spring, so it was nice to soak in the hot spring and recover from fatigue after finishing the trip. The body lotion and all-in-one cream provided by the hotel were also good. The staff was friendly, and there are many different shops, such as Don Quijote Kokono, just in front. I want to stay here again next time I go to Sapporo.

The hotel is very cost-effective. The natural hot spring has five seats, but it is not crowded before 9 o'clock. The hot spring water is Tokiwa Onsen, which is very comfortable and slippery. The location is Susukino, so accessibility is good, but I think the entertainment district is right. Don't walk alone at night. The pillow is a little hard, but I liked it because it's a difference in taste. The space is small, but it has everything. The large communal bath is good, especially the breakfast. Please eat it!

The bath was very good

I like the service of super hotels and have stayed at super hotels all over the country. This was my first time staying at this store, and I was generally satisfied, but the water level in the public bath was quite low and the water quality was quite slimy, and when I came out of the bath, I could smell a strong chlorine smell from my body, so I decided to stay again. I washed it out, but the smell remained for a while the next day, which was very unpleasant. I feel strange because this has never happened at other super hotel stores. It may just be that the facilities were not working properly, but I would be worried if something like that happened again, so I don't think I would stay at this store again.

The hotel has a hot spring. You can leave the hotel directly without going to the front desk on check-out day. The room is relatively small, but there is food downstairs which is very convenient.
