Very good hotel, simple and friendly.

I checked in at night and waited in line for 40 minutes! I chose the hotel only because it is located opposite the bus station from which I was leaving further. The long check-in was frustrating, because I had nothing left to sleep. The room itself is normal, but the sink for washing is not in the bathroom, but in the room.

The reception, the room and the breakfast are of the highest quality, the receptionist Nicolas was very helpful with us, our room was a delight to stay in, and the breakfast was very good. However, I have things to complain about. One thing that bothered me a lot was a sexist act I suffered during dinner. When saying the order to the waiter, I said mine and my boyfriend's, however, the waiter referred to him later, asking for our apartment number and his signature. After a few minutes we were told they couldn't find our reservation as it was in my name, not my boyfriend's. I had never been through this context of machismo before, and it was horrible. I don't know if it's company policy or the employee screwed up, either way, I request that this be discussed and reviewed. Dinner was also horrible, we ordered a snack for each and they were the worst snacks I ate. Rubbery cheese, unseasoned lettuce, disgusting, undercooked meat, which we don't like and no one asked us how it was done.

The hotel is excellent, unfortunately it is located in a region that has become dangerous. For those arriving by the tiete highway, access is super simple. The reception staff are excellent, I would like to expressly mention ATILA who was very kind. The hotel needs to review the issue of kitchen exhaust. I arrived at lunchtime and the smell of grease was unbearable at the reception.

I had booked for one night and, a week before my stay, I sent an email informing that I would be arriving in São Paulo at 6 am and asking if it would be possible to check in at that time, so that I could rest before my commitments in the city. I was told that the hotel would do its best to accommodate my request. When I arrived at the hotel at the informed time, the conversation was completely different, as they said that I could only check in at 9 am if I paid a fee of 73 reais and, if I wanted a room at my arrival time, I would have to pay a full night (and with the rack price, higher than the price on the website). If I had not tried to talk and organize this earlier check-in a week before my arrival, the way they proposed would even be fair, however, as I had already tried to talk, I found the way they treated me to be totally disorganized and unfair, as I could have been informed of the need to pay for one more night before and paid the price on the website. The location is also horrible, in front of an avenue where many homeless people are and far from snack bars, and the hotel's breakfast leaves much to be desired. I will never go back.

Good hotel! The maintenance of the bathroom box needs to be reviewed / done! There is a broken clothes rack. Otherwise, very good value for money. I recommend.

Hotel with great location, super attentive staff, good breakfast and good accommodation. Very good daily housekeeping and cleaning services. Internet works well, tv, fridge and lighting all working perfectly.
