Very clean hotel, very considerate service, nice surroundings, there is a swimming pool downstairs, although I didn't go swimming. The hotel is very close to the beach, you can go to the beach at any time. Because it is in a residential area, you need to contact the staff to bring you into the residential area before checking in, and you can come and go as you please after checking in.

The homestay is near the Tianya Haijiao scenic area, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach! In the morning, you can see the glass sea with gradient colors when you open the window. It is so healing to have breakfast on the balcony with the sea breeze. Although it is not in the city, it is very convenient to take a taxi to Sanya Bay and Coconut Dream Corridor. It is very quiet at night, suitable for holiday parties who want to avoid the crowd. The room is a light luxury design, and the bedding is moderately soft and hard, which is more intimate than many five-star hotels. There are Internet celebrity swings and infinity pools on the rooftop terrace, and you don’t need filters to take pictures; in short, there is both the comfort of a star hotel and the human touch of a homestay, which completely subverts my stereotype of ”Internet celebrity homestays”. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Sanya, and I strongly recommend it to friends who want to have sea views, services and cost-effectiveness at the same time!

First, I randomly looked at the rooms on Ctrip.com, thinking that I could just stay there for one night, so I booked a room on the first floor of Zhixiang. Then, half an hour after booking, the front desk lady was afraid that we would take a detour, so she contacted and sent a location point in advance. After getting off the bus, it was indeed very close, only about 120 meters. Then, because we arrived at the hotel at 1 a.m., we arrived late and were lucky! ! ! ! The front desk lady upgraded me to a sea view room on the fourth floor. She was very nice and provided great service. When I woke up the next day, I found that although the homestay was not big, it had everything I needed, including a refrigerator in the room, a swimming pool, a gym, and a laundry room. It was very convenient and a very cost-effective homestay. I recommend it to everyone! ! ! !

The driver came to pick us up to the hotel at around 2 a.m. Although it was night, the facilities made it feel like a very romantic hotel. The room is open, spacious and bright. Outside the large glass window, the clear water of the swimming pool reflects the blue sky and white clouds, which makes people feel relaxed just by looking at it. I would like to focus on the breakfast here, which is delicious, thoughtful, and luxurious. A bowl of noodles is served with a variety of seafood, including abalone, prawns and squid, all of which are of high quality and delicious. Give the hotel a big thumbs up! Although there were some positive aspects,the negative experiences significantly overshadowed them. As someone who values cleanliness, especially when traveling with a child, I was extremely disappointed. The toilet was incredibly dirty, to the point where it was obvious it hadn't been scrubbed for a long time. The floor was covered in dust, making it impossible to walk barefoot, and the towels had visible stains. I reported these issues to the front desk, and they sent a cleaning staff to address the problem. However, when she arrived, she only wiped a few surfaces with a cloth. I checked the bathroom while she was still there and pointed out the dirty areas. There were hairs stuck to the glass, yellow and black stains on the walls, and even what appeared to be urine stains on the floor. When I asked if she had cleaned, she said yes, but it was clear that proper scrubbing and disinfecting were necessary. I had to insist that she scrub the toilet, and although she did so reluctantly and hastily, it was evident that she wasn't thorough. I understand that there are many rooms to clean each day, but that doesn't justify rushing such an important task. Even after scrubbing, the dirt was still visible, and she seemed to view me as a difficult guest rather than someone who expects basic hygiene standards. I’d be ok with the rooms having a fresh plain smell of nothing since not so many people enjoy the smell of diffusers, especially Asians, but for a claimed five-star hotel, it smelled like dust mixed with very old furniture and stuffy place. On the bright side, it wasn’t as crowded as I expected since it was during holidays. The breakfast was pretty decent but lacked options for non-pork eaters. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful, especially Lily.

It is very close to the beach of Coconut Dream Corridor. It takes only a few minutes to cross the road and walk to the beach entrance. It is not far from the airport in about 20 minutes. The guy at the front desk also helped to upgrade it. It is very good. I like Xiao Luo.

The room is clean and tidy. The landlord is a warm-hearted person from Northeast China. The room has a balcony and a washing machine. You can hang your clothes to dry all day and they will be dry when you come back at night. It is so convenient! It is only a few minutes away from the sea, which is very convenient. The pictures were taken in a hurry when I left, so there will be some small garbage (please ignore). It was very clean when I first moved in, and everything was tidy. There are cleaning staff to clean every day. I recommend a five-star review. The last picture was taken on the balcony, with a beautiful sky.

Our transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.
