Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Close by to a lot of amenities, local cuisine, western restaurants, bars, beach activities and most importantly…..shopping!!!! Able to easily order food from around the area and have it delivered to your hotel door. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This little receptionist was able to carry my gigantic luggage by herself! The room and views were excellent and the room was clean. I would definitely make this a yearly trip. I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

From the first moment we entered we faced the warm welcome from the receptionist lady. She was so kind and friendly and even they upgraded our room with to a bigger one with a tub in the balcony. We had a wonderful experience with my wife and I highly recommend to everyone 🌹

A stunning beachfront location. Lots of bars along the beach in the evening and the staff are friendly and helpful. Some tea and coffee in the room would be a nice complimentary service to add.

Nice view from the room and very friendly receptionist. Convenient to everything within walking distance. If you have big luggage please note there are no elevators in the building.

Staff is very nice and is responsive to all our requests. And we can see the sunset right in our balcony and we sleep very well every night with the white nose of ocean. Highly recommend to stay !

I came here with my friends. Tianya Town has a good atmosphere. The B&B rooms are well-equipped, the brand is good, the service is in place, the environment is beautiful, and the hygiene is cleaned on time every day, clean and tidy.

It was amazing. The best and most lively core location is very close to the busiest streets, which is super convenient. The hotel is white and perfect for taking photos. There are beaches, bars, and fireworks outside the hotel. It is a pleasant experience to sit on the balcony and drink and listen to music. The hotel service is also super good, with complete facilities and cleanliness.

Recommended by a friend, I was surprised to see the room, it was very big, the environment was very good, it was just raining when I came, but I was still very satisfied, cost-effective, the environment and facilities were all available, the service was very enthusiastic, the sanitary display was neat and clean.

I booked this hotel in advance. I chose a special room type. The facilities are branded. The environment is very good. You can watch the fireworks on the sea while lying on the bed. It is comfortable and romantic. The sanitation is very clean and tidy. The service is also very good. The front desk gives people a very friendly feeling. I will stay here again when I come to Sanya next time.
