This room was.great. It had a good view with quick easy ccess to the beach. The location is close to the tourist area good food restaurants, easy shopping. I was able to fill the fridge and cook for the time of my vacation. I enjoyed coffee on the balcony, while enjoying the ocean view. The hosts are very helpful and pleasant easy to contact and quick to respond. This room has a washer and a good size fridge, and a good size kitchen with good cooking tools and utensils, and if you're in for a movie night there is a great projector screen. There is also a good size pool for guests. I had a very pleasant and.peaceful stay and definitely recommend a stay here.

Not the best locations and there are monkeys going into the apartments. The good thing was that we on a high apartment so the monkeys could not get in. It is also very hard to find and there is poor lighting in the area so if you don’t know where your going in the evening it is better to get home early. The only good view is that there is an amazing view outside your window.

Good stay, service good with prompt reply every time we needed. House looked better on photos than in reality and the mattress of the main bedroom was really bad, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Good swimming pool.

Nice apartment in xiaodonghai, close to the beach and restaurants and shops.

An interesting option if you want to get a place near that beach, nice guys helping to settle

環境：是小區環境非常好，綠植覆蓋率非常高 也是海景房，滴滴可以直接到樓下 電梯一客一卡其他人進不了安全性非常高 服務：房東姐姐服務特別好，提前幾天我們就在聯繫 我們到了以後也幫忙調整房間安排我們早點進房間休息，告訴我們附近好吃的 取快遞哪裡取 紙巾用品非常充足 房間：可以看見日落 帶投影儀離鹿回頭景點非常近打車七八分鐘就到了，去海邊也很近

免費升級了房型，換到了汕海270°海景房，超大轉角陽台，海景無敵了，寵物友好，泳池乾淨，去沙灘也很近有電瓶車送達，下車點有個早餐店現炸油條特別香。因為要途徑鹿回頭，所以進出交通會比較堵，但酒店附近也有餐館，外賣也方。就是房間裝修有點問題，衞生間沒有防臭處理，需要簡單改造一下，成本也不高，客人感受會好很多。換酒店退宿時把羽絨服落在房間，直到要回京當天才想起來，感謝店主幫忙找到。

很好很好很好 還不錯 在家裡放空很不錯 適合放空唯一缺點就是交通 感覺這個小區交通一般 但是來三亞租車必不可少 也無所謂

小區環境特別好，海景漂亮，還有野生獼猴。去小東海趕海很方便，但是不要對趕海期待太高，我們衹捉到兩衹皮皮蝦和小螃蟹。老闆人很好，有問題溝通都及時解決。我們住的房型是漾，其他房型情況不瞭解不評價。

房間面朝大海背靠山，小區安安靜靜的，樓下還能看見猴子。小區裏面還有小童水上樂園可以玩水玩沙子。小區擺渡車五分鐘可以從樓下給送到海邊，公交車一站可以到鹿回頭景區。看日出看日落看夜景都很好。老闆人很好，問題響應非常及時。最開始訂完房間改了一次日期，雖然訂單是不可修改的，老闆還是很好的幫忙改期了。度假如果預期沙灘海浪躺平一天，這個民宿絕佳選擇。

其他的都還行，小區環境挺好，能看到海；但洗澡時熱水老斷，洗一小會熱水就沒了，再等好久好久才有熱水，洗了好幾次冷水頭和澡，得虧是夏天，還頂得過去，但也很難受，洗的非常憋屈；淋浴間發黴了，不知道為什麼不鋪瓷磚

我們的房間在22層，窗外景色太美了！特別是夜晚坐在陽台上吹着小風欣賞着窗外的夜景 十分愜意。民宿有電磁爐可以自己煮飯，客廳還有投影可以看電影，管家服務很貼心，園區內有隨叫隨到的擺渡車可以直接拉去海邊，民宿離鹿回頭景區非常近，出行方便
