It was very nice experience from start to end. Room was huge, clean and nice woodish vibes.
Breakfast was very nice as well.
Servicing agent 小陈 Bobby was very useful and answered any questions that I had. Giving me the assurance of a very pleasant trip.
I would give it 10 stars!

The complex is very big, however with spacious reception, restaurant space and complex outside it does not get crowded. Very good surrounding area, including beach area. The service provided by staff is also excellent, and for us as foreigners it was nice lot of staff in the hotel spoke English.

It was a pleasant 2 nights staycation here. Ms Yang and the staff are very helpful and informative. With a baby girl, we were facing some extra care challenges, but thanks for all the great help, it eased our mind and made our time more enjoyable. We’re definitely recommending this if you’re in similar case here.

The hotel building itself is a little bit aged and older but besides that, everything else was beyond excellent! Our e-butler Lucas Ji gone above and beyond. Whenever we had a question about anything, he replied instantaneously!! Rather it is hotel related or simply just asking for directions.
The breakfast buffet was the best among our multiple cities trip. Food selections and taste were excellent. Services was again among the best we experienced on our trip. Our son loved the children playroom and the daily activity session. When asked, he reply with we should stay another 2 days before we left Sanya. Would highly recommend to family and friends and also hope to return in the near future !

First, what's good about this place. A nice scenery that you wake up with if you take the ocean facing view. Its a nice walk to the beach. Very family oriented place with amenities that are chile-centric.
A good spread of breakfast and delicious too.
However, I was surprised to see services staff such as Reception, Bell boy and Gym staff seems to be dis-interested and not service oriented. Did not offer help with our baggage during our checked in. Receptionist ask us to bring our own luggage to the baggage storage. Not that we couldn't carry it but we were just very surprised to see this coming from a prestigious/luxury hotel.
Some of the equipment at the gym facilities were dirty. Watermelon seeds on the bench, dead cricket on the cable machine and visible sweat stain on the bench. The gym staff seems unbothered when we came in. Note there's a sign says that gym equipment is disinfected after each use. I came early to check out the gym and only goes to the gym after my breakfast (the dirt were still there) lmaoooo.
Room is good and the bed is very comfortable. However, I would like to point out that the room is overly used. Wooden furniture were pale and there's a mouldy smell in the shower room. Balcony privacy wooden gate seems to rotten and faulty.

The best service I’ve ever seen. My birthday occurred during the stay and I was very surprised when many staff came to my room only to congratulate me . Also hotel was always get in touch with WeChat application and staff answered me for my questions rapidly and help me to resolve any troubles related with the airport transfer, flights or laundry service. Each room well equipped with the luxury cosmetics and good quality electronic devices. Which is not common practice.
Of course hotel has luxury territory and many activities available inside of it but it is exactly what you expect from a hotel of such level.
The only thing you should keep in mind before go there that it you can’t swim in the sea in this bay. But because of many activities and swimming pools available may be it is not a big problem:)

Very nice Hotel with an extraordinary service. Amy at the VIP reception was very kind and helped us with every segment of our holiday to be more relaxing 😊👍🏼
The facilities are very clean, everithing is well organized and for a family with small child perfekt spot to go with.
The breakfast was delicious with lots of options.
We will come back for sure. 👍🏼
The only negative thing is that it's a little off site so not much is Arround. There is a Shoppingcenter nearby but with no western food options.
