Firstly I’d like to highlight the concierge Zhuqionghua, he was superb, tried speaking English and was very helpful in arranging diving trips and enlightening us about knowledge for the surrounding areas. The breakfast wasn’t bad, a variety of options provided. The gym is lacking facilities, it’s very small and the location is not the most suitable. Overall the location is very good for accessing most attractions in sanya but for the price I’d recommend selecting the best rooms or else consider other options.

locating the hotel at first was a bit difficult but finally I located it, the front desk service was great the young man there spoke little English and was very helpful, he helped me locate the best seafood place, the hotel meal wasn’t that great not a wide range of options but overall it was a great experience.

The hotel is well-equipped, clean and hygienic. The front desk service is considerate and thoughtful. The room is clean and tidy. It is a good experience to stay in. I have never stayed in such a bad Hilton Garden Inn. The location is remote, there is no food around, the room is pitifully small, although the room is upgraded, it is still a small place, and the balcony door makes a harsh sound when it is opened and closed, which is unbearable. I don’t know if other balcony doors are like this, but the door of our room is so harsh! There are two advantages, one is that the breakfast is good, and the other is that the attitude of the service staff is very good, which can also make people feel better when staying.

The room was upgraded for free. The staff was warm and thoughtful. The room was spacious. The shower water in the bathroom was very powerful, like a waterfall. It was very refreshing. This is my second stay. Thanks for upgrading my room. There are also souvenirs for leaving the hotel. The swimming pool is open at around 3pm, but you need a swimsuit and a swimming cap to enter. They are also sold by the door. I think it's 15 each or a set.

The service is very good, the room is average. It is called a balcony room, but the fence on the balcony is very high, basically you can only see the sky and the building community opposite, and you can't see more scenery. I came here because of what Zhou said, so it doesn't matter.

This trip was for a concert. I thought I could stay for one day and book a Hilton hotel. The service of the housekeeping department was very good, but the hard facilities of the hotel were poor. The room was small and the ventilation was average. It could only be ventilated by opening the glass door of the balcony, but mosquitoes would come in when the door was opened, so there was no solution. I suggest installing screens in the ventilation area to prevent mosquitoes.   The breakfast was also good, but I probably won't stay there again next time. Best wishes
