Ulasan Holiday Inn Resort Sanya Bay

Saya berada di Hainan dari Mongolia selama 10 hari. Menginap di 3 hotel secara total (Phoenix Island Resort Sanya, Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay Resort, Holiday Inn Resort Sanya Bay). Makanan, Program Anak-anak, dan Keramahtamahan menjadikannya hostel terbaik. Saya juga ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada WESLEY atas saran dan layanannya yang berharga selama perjalanan.

Absolutely the best! Came with a 5 year old and we had so much fun. Great staff, clean hotel and SO MANY ACTIVITIES. Don’t wait, book this place!

Near to the beach, comfortable, very clean, recommend this hotel to travelers

The hotel amenities and services were excellent. We are specially appreciative to Wesley who are very responsive and helpful when we were in a need. In addition, buffet breakfast was delicious and offers a wide variety of options suitable for European and Asian. The beach was clean and beautiful. After the children played around the beach, they enjoyed nice and clean pools. They provide free floats and sand toys to use, which made so much ease. Bigger kids liked a lot go kart and VR experience. They had so much fun time there.  I think if their cleanliness would improve, the hotel is the best for family vacation. for example toilets are not that clean enough and there were mold edge of the shower room. after cleaning, the room smells so bad like a toilet. it seems that they have so many rooms, so housekeepers are struggling to get it clean. Maybe they should hire more staffs to clean and need to improve their supervising.  Overall we had spent great time there with my families and friends.

We keep coming back to this hotel already 3rd year in a row. It is just the best one for kids and families in Sanya and offer everytihing you need- from best sea views, close location to airport, clean and nice relax areas and of corse best ever kids playing areas inc carting, video games, non stop entertaiment activities, darts, snoocker, table tennis and more! Cant believe they even have small zoo! Will we come back again? Deffinetely big YES! Thank you Manager Joyce for helping us during stay! See you soon!

Amazing hotel! Very generous with their activities and toiletries etc. Decor is modern and cosy. Free snacks and drinks at lobby. Lots of activities to participate. Short walk to the beach, though we can't swim there. Wesley,our butler is amazing. He attends to our requests very promptly. The Chinese restaurant serves very yummy food too. Buffet breakfast was good too,just too crowded. But the spread is very good.

It was a nice and comfortable hotel for a family.

Across the street from the beach, close taxi ride from the airport, a bit of a ride to town. Super family oriented. Lots for the kids, not so much for adults. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Mostly Chinese guests, some Russian but no one else from North America while we were here. Great view of the ocean from the 11th floor. Overall would recommend and return again.

This is my third time staying at this hotel and it’s truly amazing. It’s clean, it’s close to the beach and airport, all the staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Angela. She helped find some markets nearby and took great care of us during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Sanya! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and had great amenities. A special thanks to my butler, Wesley, who provided exceptional service and made my stay even more enjoyable. He was attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again!
