Amazing location and even during labour holiday the structure was able to handle an almost fully booked situation. Off season for sure could be even better. Great location !

Third time here and we had a fantastic family holiday again! Location, beach, swimming pools and gardens are gorgeous and really well kept. We love the different pool options and the room with direct pool access is so convenient with kids. I agree with other reviews that rooms could use renovation, especially if they used to be smoking rooms, but daily cleaning is impeccable. The open air breakfast spot is lovely and breakfast choice is excellent, Chinese restaurant is also very good and provided such nice support to celebrate kid’s birthday. Derrick Liu was so helpful to address any concerns, everyone on staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Can wholeheartedly recommend!

Great. The only reason I’d give it less on service was one woman they had working at the BBQ buffet was incredibly rude. But she did not reflect the other lovely staff.

This hotel has a beautiful beach. the beach was really beautiful and clean. we had a great time here.

We simply loved it. We came for a second time and felt like home. Service is great and staff are just so nice, standards are up to a five star hotel. They do great program for and caretaking of the kids as well and there’s always stuff to do days go by so fast. I really want to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Sanya Resort, and want to say special thanks to Dana and Joanne, they were very helpful. The variety of pools is great and the various activities that happen every day is also very cool, such as the morning yoga, sunset ceremony and the games during the day. Although, the breakfast buffet choices were not to the level of Sheraton, there was very little traditional chinese food, and the hot food and salad choices were scarce. Additionally, the airport transfer work only until the late evening, unfortunately. It would be great if it was also available during the night.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Sanya Hotel in Hainan and had a wonderful experience. The resort offers a stunning beachfront location, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the tropical atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a balcony offering breathtaking ocean views. The staff was courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to both local and international tastes. I especially appreciated the well-maintained pools and the lush, beautifully landscaped gardens. Overall, the Sheraton Sanya Hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway in Hainan, and I would gladly stay there again.

The resort was beautiful, but pretty old, and the rooms need a renovation. The staff was nice and helpful, they did make sure we enjoyed our stay and did a follow up once we checked out. The breakfast was good with a variety of food to choose from. But honestly, it's not worth the price, you can easily find places in Sanya that are more affordable with better service. It felt a lot like we were charged more for the brand. The safe in the room was broken, and we had to call the engineer twice in just three days of stay. The electric sockets are so old the charging devices were constantly falling out which was annoying. Some of the sockets didn't work at all. The shower didn't have a shelf for our own things, which is such a minor, but still an inconvenience.

The hotel is amazing. We stayed for 8 nights there in the family suite, the room is clean and tidy with nice view and decorations. Many thanks to Wang Shaoling （王少玲）for helping us cleaning the rooms, and she also had made cute toys with the towels everyday for our one-year old. The hotel is a bit old as the first 5-star hotel in the Yalong Bay, but it’s definitely clean with good services. I feel I’ve made very good choice staying here. It has the best view of the sea, my kid loves the mini train a lot!

Superfun for families.

Great stay. We booked 2 similar rooms but got a free upgrade for one of the rooms. The villa was awesome but the pool access room was also really nice, both had very easy and quick access to the beach and the staff was always kind and fast in helping us. From the stay to the buffet dinner and breakfast to the way the staff dealt with us made it a chill and relaxing trip. There were a bunch of activities we didn’t even get to do and still had lots of fun!

Paradise! It was an amazing stay. Beautiful facilities, fabulous staff, not overcrowded, clean rooms, pools and restaurants. Delicious food - breakfast buffet and a la carte. There was something for every taste - European, continental, Chinese. A lot of extra activities like Meditation & Tai Chi, Traditional dances, Foto session. Good mix of guests. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Sheraton is a Good place for resort. The first hotel I stayed in Sanya the so called four seasons hotel (origanlly conifer) is disappointing quality vs price. I decided to switch immediately. Still applying for refund.
