If you are from Russia, this hotel will suit you, because there is staff who help and know the language. The room is clean, the breakfast was good, the service is excellent, convenient location and transfer to the airport, I am very satisfied with the choice of the hotel, I had a good rest here🤗

It’s under the Swissotel brand, but surely dated overall, some renovations have obviously been done, but can’t say it was a very good job, typical 4 star hotel in China, it wasn’t well maintained. Seems it was acquired from a Chinese hotel group in recent years, and then just rebranded as Swissotel. There’s a decent “walking street” with food and stuff right behind the hotel, so that was convenient. Their breakfast was better than most other Chinese hotels in general, but the quality/selection is not close to any thing you may find at a 4 star hotel in the states or EU.

Perfectly located for a nice and restful stay in Sanya

Very nice hotel with a great looking Pool area. The staff is very friendly, especially Steve has been very helpfull. We did a massage as well, which was great. We sure recommend this hotel for families.

The hotel rooms need general update. The most challenging part was not well working air conditioning in the room. Common areas and pool is well maintained.

It was a great experience for first time in Sanya, the hotel is in perfect place ten minutes from Yalong bay the best beach in Sanya. Hotel room is big and clean with affordable price in this area. Manager steve he is so helpful and he give the best advice to places and activities around the island, he is always there when in need

The hotel offers modern rooms, clean and very spacious. While the hotel is not located next to the beach, it is accessible within 5 minutes walk. The checkin was quite quick and service very welcoming! Hotel has spa with good massage quality, multiple swimming pools and access to mall with restaurants. Definitely recommend!

I strongly thank the "Tangchao Lizi" lady, and I hope the management will give the lady a salary increase. Next time I introduce friends to stay, I will choose Swissotel and find the "Tangchao Lizi" lady! Super value! Comfortable! Comfortable!

The territory is large, but I would like them to clean the bushes near the pools better, sometimes I saw plastic bottles and cigarette butts. The territory and balconies of the rooms in building 3 smell of food from the restaurant street, but it is not critical. The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, everything is brought to the room on request. The administrator Lucky helped us a lot during the trip - a responsive girl who tries to make your stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible. She knows Russian well. I want to express my gratitude to her. The number of sun loungers on the beach was a little annoying, there are very few of them and they are old. Beach towels can be taken at the pools, but sometimes they are not there, and you have to use towels from the room. In general, the impressions of the hotel are only positive.
