Ulasan Sanya Houyunhai Hotel (Yalong Bay Branch)

Our family had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Sanya Houyunhai Hotel (Yalong Bay Branch). The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The location is excellent—easy to access Yalong Bay and convenient for taxis and nearby attractions. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay smooth and stress-free while traveling with family. Service quality was consistently high. The amenities were good overall and met our needs well, although a few more facilities would make the experience even better. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for families looking for a clean, well-located hotel with reliable service. We would happily stay here again.

It was very terrible hotel bedbugs bite my son’s back and pool water is allergy affected for us Reseption is not polite We ordered has window room they changed our order no window room they said me if you change the room has window you have to charge 150¥ I don’t really recommend this hotel

Nice and quiet place. No noisy neighbors, polite staff. The room was cleaned often. I recommend for a good rest ☺️

Stayed 1 night in this hotel before leaving the area , based on photos and reviews from trip com guests , Not really what was sold , room was fine , clean , with most services provided , Front desk staff young lady was great and accommodating, thank you for allowing us to check in early and thank you to the young lady for helping to carry bags to the room whilst the male sat on his **** and did not even acknowledge us , We went here for the pool and water slide , both were severely lacking , watched the pool attendant clean the pool of debris, so not his fault , water was dirty, so much chlorine added , not sure if it's with lack of people showering or people urinating , When you can smell it both in the air and on your skin then you know it's heavily added , Slide was old and decrepit, almost dangerous .. Sort of hotel which offers family rooms so consequently, families try to cram as many in as possible , Experience everything once , fortunately price not so much , so lesson learned , won't be back there's a reason photos are at night with LEDs on to hide the grime .. 👎

The hotel was just ok , it's not on yalong bay almost 15 minutes cab ride. Swimming pool is good . The breakfast was very only Chinese , unlike other chinese hotels this didnt have any coffee or breads. We had to cancel the breakfast. The rooms are oddly designed. The Sink is in the room outside the bathrooms , no luggage rack, no fridge. But otherwise clean and nice location by the pool with a Balcony and steps into the pool. Room had a kettle , but hotel didn't supply any tea or coffee. The staff was nice and cooperative. (5 stars for them) But as an international teaveller i would not recommend this hotel.

Amazing experience and highly recommended. Location is about 6km from Yalong Bay (most popular beach in Sanya). Hotel provides bike rentals (60 CNY/day). Staff is very accomodating and friendly. Rooms are clean and equipped with all necessaties. Lots of pools and seating areas inside the hotel. Variety of local food options nearby the hotel. Morning buffet is okay (not so many options). Would surely stay at the same place if visit Sanya again.

It is one of the best hotels in Sanya. Being located in Yalong bay, it has an advantage to be near to Yalong bay beach and tropical Forest area. Halal Restaurant is very near by. The hotel has a nice pool for relaxing. The hotel reception staff is also very cooperative and professional. Highly Recommended..

Nice hotel. Location: 15-20 minutes driving scooter to Yalong bay beach. Located in peaceful area. There are many beautiful gardens around and not crowded places You can find many restaurants around or easily order whatever you want. There is a night market around. Where you can try different sea food after 7 pm. Clean hotel, with nice design. You can take great photos for social media. Helpful and nice workers The only disadvantage: there is no sound isolation or it's really poor. You can hear everything what's going on in the pool cause your window faces to pool side. The only quit period of time is daytime around 11 am -3 pm. Anyway I would recommend if you don't mind noisy other guests

The place is nice and new, and good for pictures, even though you can hear noises from people in the pool and construction site going on

The environment and rooms were very clean, but the breakfast seemed inappropriate for foreigners.

I love this hotel! My room was big, location is good and there is a night market nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. 2 very nice pools and only a short trip to get to the beach

I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is clean, the atmosphere is vibrant and the staff members are friendly. The staff members made sure to always check- in with us. Communicated with us regardless of the language barrier and made sure we were always comfortable and seen to. The water sports activities staff members located in the hotel made it easier to commute to Yalong Bay. They were polite and friendly. I would recommend a western restaurant straight across from this hotel called Dimension. The food is delicious, the owner is friendly and the atmosphere is amazing ☺️ Lastly, the free professional photos you receive with the package is amazing. The photographer is friendly, makes you feel comfortable and the photos were fantastic! I will definitely be visiting this hotel again!

The hotel location was good but it was abit far. Away from KFC or Macdonald but the local supermarket and other staff was nearby by,the hotel service was really good and nice ,the pool was clean and fresh water plus the breakfast was good ,we hd nice moments,but if you really wanna enjoy from the hotel location,100% you should rent a bike which you can ask them then can rent a bike there(60rmb a day)
