Hotel Hot spring Sanya

The best thing about this hotel was room service. They don't wake you up early or disturb you. Cleaning was top notch. Beach was very close so you can go there daily. Unfortunately the pool was closed and that was the amenity that i was hoping to get in.

After we have try few more hotels on Sanya, including Pullman, I would still go with this one, as my favorite one. Just the idea I don't have to use an elevator, and an ocean is across a street, with everything what are they offering, and prices for it, the best package I could get. Of course, I'm in my 40ties, and I just wanted to have a nice rest, in a beautiful surrounding. I also had a Chinese breakfast in a hotel, my kid prefered it like that, there would always be something she would choose. And thanks to our reception manager, I believe she said Lily was her English name, she really did her best to communicate with us, using a translator and her good will...all together, I would definitely repeat it again.

The hotel service is good, and the breakfast is a KFC set meal, which the children like very much! A small episode: When I first arrived, I found that the room I booked was not suitable for children. I wanted to change the room or cancel it and book it again. I communicated with Ctrip but to no avail. Finally, the hotel service staff changed my room for free. The hotel environment is very comfortable, the service attitude is very good, and it is very suitable for retirement. The catering is average. The nearby restaurants are some distance away from the hotel and must be reached by taxi. The only drawback is that there is only one bathroom in the suite.

Facilities: Not outstanding but OK, the floor and wallpaper are bulging and moldy. There is no way to deal with the location, and it is old. It needs to be renovated. The hot spring is good, but it is very hot and needs to be drained in advance~ Sanitation: Clean, the only thing is that there are many fallen leaves in the swimming pool, and the water is not circulating all the time. Someone comes to clean the swimming pool every morning, but there are still some fallen leaves. Environment: It is on the mountain and very quiet. The sound of airplanes is a bit loud~ If you want to come here, remember to rent a trolley! Otherwise it is really inconvenient Service: Butler Ma Jie provides very good service, he is a concierge, a front desk, and a waiter! He does all kinds of work. There are indeed not many waiters in their family, and they are short of staff during the Spring Festival. The buffet is not delicious, ordering is OK, it is inconvenient to travel, there are no supermarkets and restaurants around, and shopping is a bit far~ Thank you for upgrading my room type~

We booked a villa next to the swimming pool, which is convenient for watching the children playing in the water. The B&B can provide airport pick-up service. Electric cars can be rented nearby, which is quite convenient for traveling. The housekeeper is also very attentive and will remind you of the safety matters that need to be paid attention to. Most importantly, it is not far from the beach.

This is a newly opened homestay, and the hygiene is definitely impeccable. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and proactive in helping with suitcases. She is also very helpful with parking or check-out. In the off-season when there are no guests, the water in the swimming pool will be replaced with new water. It is recommended for self-driving travel because it is more convenient. In addition, the new decoration has a bit of smell, but we checked in at the beginning of April, so there should be no smell at this time or in May.

When I made the reservation, the Chinese New Year holiday was over, but the price was still a bit high. I looked at many villa hotels that day, and this hotel was priced at 2,194 yuan all day long. Then I made a phone call before booking at 7pm to inquire about the villa situation. After hanging up the phone, I was about to make a reservation, but the price actually increased, to 2331. The price did not increase for a day. I called the merchant at around 7 o'clock in the evening and found out that the price had increased. It was really ridiculous. The villa is in Haitang Bay, and the supporting facilities are definitely not as good as those in Yalong Bay. That’s where the price comes in. It's relatively remote, so it's very quiet. The disposable slippers are very thin and not as good as those provided by express hotels.
