We booked this hotel based on the good reviews. The room is a bit small, and we could only see a little bit of the sea view from the room, but right outside the hotel is a great location to watch the sunset, and it is also very close to the bus station. The breakfast is very rich, and the steps leading to the outdoor swimming pool are covered with a large area of ​​pink flowers. What was disappointing was that when we passed by, there were two foreign beauties taking pictures. My husband walked in front and took a look and walked away. I walked behind and took a look. The suite no. 23 was a good room with sufficient space with nice furnishings to have a relaxing stay. The breakfast was good. Services provided by staff was prompt and friendly. The cocktails and food in the hotel restaurant was real good. The only challenge is noise from the heated pool upstairs. On the whole, the stay was good..

The key point is that if you bring children, you must choose 3 people, otherwise you will have to pay extra at the last minute! The lady at the front desk of the hotel is still very friendly, and the restaurant staff also greeted you with a smile. The location is a little off, a few hundred meters away from Fira, but this road is a small road, and it’s a bit scary to go there too late There are not many varieties of breakfast, but if you go late, there will be nothing to eat. This is a delightful hotel. The staff was all very friendly, my room was spacious and clean, lots of hot water, comfy bed, nice table work area, pretty (but unheated) pool, terraces just off my room, good wifi connection, and a very nice breakfast in a sunny space. I was a bit chilly (being early April), but found a couple extra blankets to sleep soundly. The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful, and enabled me to find good restaurants and activities, as well as watching my bags after I checked out until my ride to the port. Efharistó !

The location is right next to the blue-domed cathedral, and it only takes 1 minute to walk to watch the sunset. The hotel also has its own parking lot. The overall location and service are very good. If you are short on time and stay here, you can see the town of Fira by walking.

The hotel housekeeping was average but lacking in security as there was no staff in attendance during my 4 days stay there. There was only a cleaning lady there during the morning fr 930am. But when we came back fr our daily outings at 2pm, there were not a soul. We felt very unsafe as there was no staff around during the day or night. Guests were left unsecured in an unmanned hotel premise day and over the night. Entrance to the hotel are easily accessible as there are nobody at the reception counter. Will not recommend anyone to patronise such an irresponsible business premise.

I took a bus nearby and walked to the hotel. I went there using Google MAP, but it was difficult to find the place. I walked for about 7 minutes with a large carry-on bag, but it was very difficult as the roads were bad and there were many stairs. The room was smaller than I expected, and the toilet and shower were open. I booked the jacuzzi looking forward to it, but I couldn't see the view from the jacuzzi. Even though it was cold, the hot water was lukewarm and I couldn't get it in slowly. The friend I went with didn't get in. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to choose from. On the way back, the staff carried my carrier to the bus stop, which was very helpful. I think the staff were friendly and very nice.

The location is a little bit out of the city centre, however it is a walkable distance. Luggage storage is available, but it may be better to communicate with them earlier. On the day of check in, there is a form for you to choose your breakfast. There is a lot of options for breakfast. And breakfast will deliver to your room at the time that you chose. There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable.
