The suite no. 23 was a good room with sufficient space with nice furnishings to have a relaxing stay. The breakfast was good. Services provided by staff was prompt and friendly. The cocktails and food in the hotel restaurant was real good. The only challenge is noise from the heated pool upstairs. On the whole, the stay was good..

The breakfast variety is not very much, but overall it is okay. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is in a great environment. It should be a good hotel in Fira. The room is large. The equipment is generally not equipped with a socket. The tap water is salty and has a relationship with the whole island. There are only blankets for quilts that no one likes. Overall it is recommended to stay.

Absolutely fabulously fantastic, the Astro Palace is one of the true hidden gems in Santorini. To see it, to stay there, and to experience it, is to believe it, as words alone cannot describe the sheer beauty of this property. We stayed from 28th July 2022 through to 5th August 2022, to be honest, we didn't want to leave!🙈 The food was wonderful, the breakfast was buffet style but there was plenty selection from cold meat to full English. The dinner was wonderful too, the Greek Caeser salad was delicious 😋😋😋 The staff are one of the best and well trained I've ever experienced in my widely travelled life. The moment you set foot into the hotel, you're welcomed with the most beautiful smiles and you're treated like royalty. I would like to give special thanks to Hope, Anna-Maria, Efi, Natalie and Ahmed (the best front desk people I have ever seen), their warm welcome, their ever smiling faces, their knowledge, their care and their humanity is beyond description. Thank you all so much for making my wife and I feel like royalty and at home, your customer care is the best I have ever experienced, and I have travelled far and wide. The location is a little bit out of the city centre, however it is a walkable distance. Luggage storage is available, but it may be better to communicate with them earlier. On the day of check in, there is a form for you to choose your breakfast. There is a lot of options for breakfast. And breakfast will deliver to your room at the time that you chose. There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable.

The drain inside the bathroom is not clean, so it is like flooding when I’m bathing, but other things were great!!

The location is right next to the blue-domed cathedral, and it only takes 1 minute to walk to watch the sunset. The hotel also has its own parking lot. The overall location and service are very good. If you are short on time and stay here, you can see the town of Fira by walking.

Location : You can not find a better location than this hotel. The location and exquisite view are unbeatable. And close to everywhere. Hotel Facility : as hotel built on cliff, there are many small things needs repairs, and some places are needing update. during our stay, our shower leaked badly, also the water is not going down which they have fixed as much as they can and as quick as possible. but we have indoor jacuzzi room , which the jacuzzi can not be turned off, and make the bathroom super hot and uncomfortable , feels like sauna room , and their AC are not super strong, so ,if we keep bathroom door open, hot air come to the bedroom , if we keep the bathroom door closed, then, inside of the bathroom is super hot ( like sauna ) , you will instantly sweat if you step in bathroom if you keep the bathroom door closed. Food Service: they serve breakfast which you have to chose from a list every night and they will deliver to you in the morning. The quality and selection of the food is quite limited, basically, you get choice of egg, bread with juice and coffee, very basic continental breakfast but without and meat . Their coffee is super weak, if you are a coffee drinker, suggest you to bring your own. breakfast does not serve meat , if you wish to have meat, you have to ask for it and they only have deli ham for you. there is one day , i actually went outside eat breakfast as their food it just too plain and simple , lack of flavor. Their breakfast does not meet up with the rate they charge for the hotel. Service and Value : Their service is limited, when all of their ten rooms are occupied , be prepared to receive your breakfast very late as they only have 1 person to bring breakfast to each room. And if you request something to be fixed , it can only be done in the morning time as their maintenance guy only work in the morning time, their manager also leave mid afternoon, there is only 1 person who has limited resource to help you. Overall, this is hotel with super great location and view , but limited in service. I would still recommend this hotel for its location and view, suggest to book OUTSIDE jacuzzi room and without breakfast option ( eat breakfast else where - you have many choices to chose from walking distance from the hotel )

I took a bus nearby and walked to the hotel. I went there using Google MAP, but it was difficult to find the place. I walked for about 7 minutes with a large carry-on bag, but it was very difficult as the roads were bad and there were many stairs. The room was smaller than I expected, and the toilet and shower were open. I booked the jacuzzi looking forward to it, but I couldn't see the view from the jacuzzi. Even though it was cold, the hot water was lukewarm and I couldn't get it in slowly. The friend I went with didn't get in. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices to choose from. On the way back, the staff carried my carrier to the bus stop, which was very helpful. I think the staff were friendly and very nice.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights and was very satisfied. The biggest advantage is the location is good, very close to the center of Ferra Town, but in a small alley, very quiet. Also on the cliff height, the door and window of the room facing the Aegean Sea and the volcanic island, the scenery is very beautiful. (Two photos of the view from the balcony and the window). The hotel is small, only four suites in total, no noisy people from the hotel, and the service is very good. The most beautiful enjoyment of this hotel is breakfast on the small balcony outside the room in the morning, and the breakfast choice is also very rich. Each suite comes with a separate hot, open air whirlpool that other guests may find better to lie in and enjoy, but we're afraid of the sun, so it's not much use. The only downside is that there is no door to the shower in the room and the floor of the bathroom is wet after each shower.

The breakfast is delicious, the service is in place, the environment is super good, the special peace is the highlight hotel of this trip
