Ocean Bay Suites

We had the most fantastic peaceful week at Ocean Bay Suites beautiful boutique accommodation in a perfect location overlooking a beautiful oasis of a garden followed by the beach and sea with the most pleasant welcoming host just the best you could wish for Vaggelis will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is special and always with a smile from the moment you are met on arrival. Each morning when you open your door Anastasia will bring your breakfast to your terrace with a smile an amazing choice of fruit and yoghurt, pastries and eggs tea and coffee for you to enjoy all whilst overlooking the most beautiful view of the Aegean sea. There is a lovely relaxation area with a balcony where you can enjoy the sun and a lovely glass of wine in the evenings, and a plunge pool to cool down in the garden area. The suites are situated at the very end of the pedestrian walkway and are not overlooked by any restaurants however you can find a huge choice of restaurants, tavernas and shops along the walkway our favourite being Soul by Splash situated next door where we enjoyed delicious meals and many cocktails on the beach with the most attentive lovely staff. You simply can't end your holiday without at least one early rising to take in the breath taking view of the sunrise around 7.10am. Ocean Bay Suites are tailored to any individual need we will most definitely be back to Kamari and will stay no where else what a gem.

An amazing place to stay, right on the beach with your own private sunbeds. Vagelis is there to provide you with everything you need - a particular highlight is breakfast being brought to your room and served on the terrace. All you need to do is open your door and your yoghurt, fruit, eggs and pastries arrive quickly. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The property is situated right on the end of the beach road, which means there is minimal noise from all the restaurants and bars, but they are all within walking distance. The only minor downside is the aircraft noise, as they fly right over the property. It is not something that bothered us unduly but you need to be aware of before booking.

Ocean Bay Suites is a very cute little boutique hotel right on Kamari Beach. It has an easy access from the beach road and does not have any restaurant in front of it so it offers a great view on the beach/sea. There are however dozens of restaurant next to it, as well as a supermarket open 24/7 (very very convenient). The property is very beautiful with a splendid garden. The room has a decent size (our room fitted a family of 4 easily). The room is well equipped (fridge, coffee machine, AC, etc.). We had breakfast included and it was delivered on the little terrace in front of the room every morning - a real pleasure to have breakfast while looking at the sea. The owner is really friendly and helpful and makes you feel at home. Although it could be a romantic retreat, it is also super child friendly. If you have a car, it is easy to park very near to the hotel. One thing though, the hotel is quite close to the airport so there are quite a few airplanes flying by rather low. We did not find this a major disturbance. Overall a great stay at Ocean Bay Suites!
