Room was really clean, good AC and quite large. There was a nice bathroom and a little kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, microwave and sink for breakfast. There is a shared balcony with all the rooms with two chairs and a table for each room. Lovely to watch the sunrise. The host was very friendly and always contactable, she organized a car for us to rent. There is a grocer shop not too far away. Hotel is in walking distance to main area with restaurants but far enough from the noise. Very difficult to find and google maps will lead you the wrong way, but ask the host for directions as the Fira streets are like a maze. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect from start to finish.Katerina is a jewel in the crown 👑 couldn't be more helpful organised taxi transfers ,boat trip, restaraunts. Loverley clean room private wonderfully decorated would definitely recommend to any one staying in Santorini

Excellent location away from hustle of main centre but easy walking distance of everything. Room small but very clean and well equipped. Daily cleaning service. Katatrina the host was excellent nothing was too much trouble she offered to arrange trips and transfers. She stored luggage and allowed us facilities to change before heading kate to the airport. Would definitely recommend.

Just got back from a 3night stay here. Katarina is a wonderful host from the moment we arrived till the last moment we left. Organised transfers to and from hotel and also very competitive ATV hire. We had 1 bed villa sea view with jacuzzi. Its very clean functioning villa. 2 TVs (not that we had time to watch) kitchenette, showeroom and toilet and living area and 1 double bedroom with AC throughout. A lovely spacious balcony with stunning sunrise view. For sunset views Nectarious villas is located in a prime spot that is 10min or less to the Caldera and all the bars, restaurants and local restaurants. I would not hesitate to book direct with them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Il titolo dice tutto! Posizione perfetta a 2 passi dal centro di Fira ma in zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Ambiente accogliente ed estremamente pulito. Personale sempre disponibile e di una gentilezza disarmante, sempre pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta. Piscina piccola ma molto intima e tranquilla. Infine non possiamo non spendere due parole per Katerina, la titolare, che ci ha fatti sentire come a casa!

Location perfetta per visitare il centro di Fira ma fuori dal caos. Katerina e suo figlio sono semplicemente spettacolari, attenti gentili cortesi professionali e mai invadenti e sono sempre riusciti ad accontentarci per tutte le nostre esigenze. Pulizia al Top! Grazie di tutto Antonella e Giorgio
