The Best Birthday Trip EVER!! The Villa was amazing! The pool and views from the sky were amazing! The food was amazing! I appreciated the quality and freshness of the fruit and dishes served daily! Breakfast was free. Meals and cocktails are not expensive and are delivered to the villa. You have the option to eat at the patio or kitchen table. I appreciated the vegan options, adjustments made for my meals! The service was amazing! Easy check-in! Very good cocktails and wine at the reception/check-in! The individualized services (transportation, restaurants, and attractions) and responsiveness from Thomas, who was always a text away, was amazing! Ask him for anything you need! He will find a way to get it done! Take his suggestions! Thanks for the birthday decor I requested!! Thanks for my gift, a bottle of wine, upon leaving! The process for ordering/requests, scan the QR code on the key ring for the villa, was very user friendly! I appreciated the flexibility of ordering and receiving meals and cocktails when requested! When in Santorini, STAY HERE if you want the best view on and of the island, serenity, and luxury! Then go visit the busier cruise port area to explore, hang out, and shop if you like. Awesome Vacation!!! 10 out of 10!!!

Exquisite accommodation in Pyrgos.We were pampered during our stay by the friendly team at the hotel.I enjoyed the sunset by the pool and the breakfast delivered to the room. So, if you look for a quite place far, though very close, from the hustle and bustle of Fira this is the place. We'll definitely come back.Thank you, Stefanos!

Everything was first class. Thomas and his staff made my stay at Santorini Heights an unforgettable experience for all the right reasons. I loved the quiet, relaxed atmosphere, the privacy and the stunning views. The villa was well equipped, well serviced and immaculately clean. Thomas was exceptional. He organised a taxi for my arrival, a hire car and the sunset cruise, which is a must for all visitors. He took time to recommend the best restaurants, he was attentive and friendly…what a fabulous asset he is to this wonderful establishment!

This hotel is easily one of the best I have ever stayed in. Thomas contacted me a day before arrival to confirm whether we had transfers booked. We didn't so he arranged that for us, letting us know the cost and that the driver would be waiting for us at the terminal. At the same time, he asked what kind of pizza we liked so he could have one available for our late arrival. We were picked up at the airport as expected and ferried off to the hotel to meet Thomas. We sat in reception with a glass of local wine while Thomas took the time to detail the island, including the restaurants he recommended and how the hotel works generally. After that, he led us to our room. Service at the hotel is perfect. Every day, you place your order for the next days breakfast via a website accessed using a QR code attached to the keys. Drinks and food can also be ordered via this app. Breakfast was laid out on the hotel terrace every morning and lunch the same. We at lunch at the hotel for the two full days we were there and couldn't fault it. The cocktails were also great. Thomas helped us arrange transfers to Nobu for dinner our first night, and on the afternoon of our second day arranged for a dinner and transfers to Barolo, which was one of his recommendations. When we arrived at the restaurant we were asked what hotel we came from; after confirming Santorini Heights we were whisked to a table right by the edge of the cliff with a perfect view of the sunset for dinner. The food was also very good and I'm glad we went with Thomas' recommendation. Thomas also assisted in arranging a catamaran cruise for our last day, and kept our room for us while we were away as they had no bookings. On return we were able to use our room to clean up in comfort prior to returning to the airport. You might read these reviews and wonder whether Thomas could really be that good - he is, without a doubt. If you book this hotel you will not regret it. I do not. I'm just trying to find a good time to go back. Thanks to Thomas and all of the staff at Santorini Heights for giving us the perfect minimoon.

We had the most amazing week at Santorini Heights, it was faultless from start to finish. From having breakfast delivered to the balcony every morning and complimentary ice cream sundaes to our pool whenever we desired, it was truly the best week. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the Herb suite is definitely the most private and has the best view. (in our modest opinion!) The suite itself was modern, clean and exquisite and the sunbeds outside are possibly the comfiest sunbeds I’ve ever seen in my life! The outside veranda is a great size too. South facing so it’s sunny from dawn till dusk but plenty of shaded areas as well to keep out the sun if desired. The location is absolutely idyllic. Less than 1km from the highest point on the island and only a 5 min drive in the opposite direction to Pyrgos, which we loved. It’s a hidden gem and a lovely typical greek village without all the tourists you get in the more popular towns on the island. The suites are only 30 mins drive from Oia, which was lovely to visit but we were VERY glad we were staying here and not in the busy tourist traps of Oia and fira. They’re great to visit for a day but coming back to our lovely suite away from the hustle and bustle was heavenly. It’s so quiet and peaceful! A hire vehicle of some description is probably handy to save on taxis as it is a little bit out the way. But the serenity and the views that you wake up too are so worth it. Not to mention the suites and service you get included. DO NOT STAY IN THE BUSY TOWNS, you’ll thank me later if you take this advice. Thomas just goes the extra mile every day and makes it feel like you have your own personal butler for the week! Whether it’s organising activities, massages, or picking you up from other places on the island, he is more than happy to meet your every need. If we had solely the apartment it would have been an amazing week but Tomas really was the icing on the cake. I could go on and repeat what others have said, but book a stay at Santorini heights and find out for yourself. We couldn’t have wished for a better stay for the price. We Would most definitely stay here again! In fact. If we’re ever back in Santorini, we wouldn’t even bother looking at anywhere else!!! 11/10 you won’t regret it!

This place was a magical oasis away from all the chaos of Fira and Oia. The views are incredible. Our suites were huge, clean and had their own private pools and patios. If you want privacy this is the place. But what really made it incredible was Thomas, the manager. To say he was attentive to our every need was an understatement. The customer service was off the chart…and we are used to staying at the Four Seasons where they pride themselves on guest hospitality. We felt like royalty here. If we ever come back to Santorini, there is no other place we would rather stay.
