We didn't have to chance to go. I still would like to share our story, so other potential customers will be aware. My daughter and I booked a suite for 3 nights through ******* website. But when the embassy in UAE did not return my daughter's passport on time, we gave a call to the hotel straight away (before deadline mentioned on a website). We were under impression that receptionist cancelled our booking and there will not be any deduction, but my daughter's card got charge for 667 euro from ASTRO. We tried to dispute this charge and contacted hotel again. The response from hotel was: " Our normal cancelation policy would have been %100 cancellation fees as no show reservation since we never received any cancellation via *******. However due tho the special circumstances we will only charge you with 50% of the total amount of your accommodation cost". Eugenia just completely discarded our phone call conversation, like it have never took a place. We've got very dissapointed and will never recommend this hotel.
