Maria a été très accueillante malgré les difficultés de la langue. L'hôtel est très propre et le déjeuné très copieux. La chambre très agréable avec une literie au top, et surtout très calme. Tout était parfait ainsi que le personnel. Vous pouvez réserver sans problème

Emerald suites was the perfect accommodation, clean , great facilities and full access to a pool . Great breakfast every morning . Our host Maria is a perfect host and could not have been more helpful , she was 10/10 . The suites were an easy 15 minute walk to the heart of Fira.

Maria est très accueillante et répond à tous nos besoins. La chambre était spacieuse et très calme. Hôtel proche de restaurants et superettes. Très bien situé, éloigné des villes plus touristiques mais accessibles facilement. Excellent petit déjeuner, varié et copieux!

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Emerald Collection Suites in Santorini. The reception and hotel staff provided excellent guest services and made us feel at home. Maria, the receptionist is exceptional at her job and she really goes out of the way to make every moment of your stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms were very clean , well maintained and serviced to our likeness. The breakfast was also delicious and we got to try different Greek foods every morning along with a good mix of our homely comfort foods we always crave for when away from home. All in all it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend Emerald to anyone looking for a clean, contemporary, friendly and quiet environment to enjoy their trip.

La struttura è nuova, l’accoglienza di Maria è davvero ottima, spiega nei minimi dettagli dove andare e fornisce utili consigli. Le stanze basic sono abbastanza piccole ma molto comode, unica pecca manca un armadio! Non sapevamo dove mettere i nostri vestiti.. La colazione è appena fatta ed è sempre molto buona e varia, cambiando di giorno in giorno e Maria è attenta alle richieste. La piscina è molto bella e accessibile per tutti, la posizione è buona (macchina obbligatoria) perché permette di raggiungere tutti i punti turistici in poco tempo! L’ultima notte abbiamo fatto l’upgrade alla stanza con jacuzzi ed è davvero bella, molto grande e la piscina crea un ottimo ambiente. (Anche qui manca l’armadio e c’erano degli asciugamani sporchi). ATTENZIONE AI NAVIGATORI! Che molto spesso puntano posti lontani dall’hotel.. Consiglio vivamente! Grazie Maria!

Great experience staying here and Maria was very helpful. She went above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible and made sure we were comfortable. Breakfast and coffee was also very delicious and the property had an amazing scent upon entry which was pleasant and reassuring!
