Sun Springs Suites

I am very excited and satisfied Best choice I could have ever made The staff was great and the experience in general They answered all of our questions and helped us with everything we needed It was one of the best vacation for us We are definitely going to visit again one time

We arrived late at night towards the end of the season (Sept 2022) and we were shown around suite 4 by Adriana. We paid to upgrade to the balcony 'jetted' tub. Upon checking the hot tub temperature it was stone cold and we were told its 'bubbles only'. A poor excuse, we thought! The panel was disconnected and not working. There was a hot water tap next to the tub but I think we managed to get it tepid through topping it up but doing so meant overflowing water all over the terrace. All the other suites had working hot tubs apart from ours. We would rather Adriana had just been honest from the outset. Not great when we paid over £100/night. Breakfasts are basic to say the least. Choose between ham and cheese omelet, ham and cheese toastie or yoghurt and watermelon so by day 3, we were craving fruit and vegetables. Cereal and donuts seemed to cook under the morning sun with no shade. I had to go through ********** to complain after the hotel was unresponsive. We did move on day 5 to Suite 2 which did have a newer hot tub. The staff are pleasant enough but they made a bad call upon arrival. We would return to Santorini but not to Sun Springs I'm afraid as we were mis-sold on the hot tub.

This property had exceeded our expectations! Just a beautiful and clean place with the most helpful staff, especially Adriana who checked us in and recommended the best restaurants and Greek dishes. The hot tub on our terrace was cleaned daily and the views were endless. The big strip of restaurant, shops and bars is a 5min walk away, the beach is a 2min walk with all the water activities. Quad bike rental is opposite the property, what more could you want?! I highly recommend and will definitely be booking again.
