Quiet place outside Oia. Big rooms, comfy and clean in everything. Green yards full with different plants and flowers which is very uncommon for Santorini. Staff was fast and great in every situation. And for the end the wi-fi was super, because this is a rare situation visiting hotels.

I would describe it as an amazing hotel in Oia, Santorini. However, we booked two honeymoon suite for four nights. Eventhough we informed them about our plan in advance, they somehow managed to mix things up. (Birthday and wedding proposal) But that’s ok as other services were great and staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was excellent especially the Greek yogurt with honey. My sister who did the booking has a Hyatt globalist status but we had no upgrades and no late checkout which was very disappointing. Still recommend people to visit as everything else was perfect. Stunning sunset view and the plunge pool was great. PS if you arrive in Oia by ferry, beware of the taxi service located right in front of the port as they can be very tricky. They requested 50 euro each for shared shuttle bus service. Luckily I read before that it’s only 10 euros per person so I refused to pay that amount. Have fun and enjoy Santorini guys!

An absolutely stunning property with a world-class staff. We travel extensively to some of the best resorts in the world, and this is one of the best we have experienced. The property is situated in a great location with easy access to Oia and Ammoudi. We splurged for a one bedroom with a larger pool and were very impressed. The staff goes out of their way to assist with anything you might need, including great recommendations on places to visit, restaurants etc. Not to be missed, the exquisite Elements restaurant on property. We cannot recommend this amazing property enough.

There isn’t much to say that hasn’t already been said. We were on the “honeymoon suite” for our stay of 4 nights. It had an amazing view of sunset and it the patio is a great place to sit and have morning coffee before heading down for breakfast (which is included). The suites are very spacious. It is away from the center of Oia but there is a shuttle that will take you in and out of town. The shuttle can also be used to pick up from Amoudi Bay. This hotel has one of the most genuine and helpful staff I’ve ever been around. I can honestly say this might be my favorite hotel stay ever.

This hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed at. The service was incredible, the food was delicious and fresh, the rooms were spacious, and the views couldn’t be beat. The shuttle to and from Oia and Ammoudi Bay is a huge perk. If we come back to Santorini, we will definitely stay here again!

Canaves Epitome is Best hotel we have ever stayed at. Superb service in every area. We felt like royalty. The villa was outstanding. Best breakfast we have ever had. All facilities maintained to perfection. Every staff member is so friendly. Pricey but Worth every penny.

There were a handful of small grievances (service at restaurant could be faster, menu could be more diverse and interesting, staff could have reached out prior to check in regarding port transfer, which was nightmarish), but the biggest thing to note is Epitome is not on the traditional white cliff side of Oía. The whole point of Santorini is the view facing the volcano and you are not getting it here. The sunset is beautiful here but for how incredibly overpriced and overcrowded Santorini is in general, you must be facing the volcano on one of the cliff side hotels to make this trip worthwhile. This resort is beautiful, staff are friendly/professional, and there is more space than the traditional cliff side hotels, but you could go anywhere for that. Why travel all the way and pay so much to feel like you could be anywhere? Only other thing to note is we felt the staff pushed and marketed the sailing adventure, which fell incredibly short of our expectations and was advertised with inaccuracies.
