Hotel is in a good location. Everything is clean. Would recommend others to come again. Nice view from the hotel.

Staying here for Just a day after arriving from Punta Arenas before we head up to Manchu Picchu . To many homeless staying around the property and after hours , the hotel will need to lock their gates . Regards

Good location and friendly staff. I like breakfast and bar at the terrace.

Great location. Staff is wonderful as well. Enjoyed the pool on the 5th floor with food and drink.

Excellent and spacious hotel located right in the center of Santiago . Breakfast is delicious and staff are extremely friendly. It is in front of the metro station which is a plus to go anywhere in Santiago.

Wonderful little hotel. Great bar and pool area. No need to go out at night at all. The hotel was so professional that they contacted us about belongings we left behind and was kind enough to send it with friends.

The hotel is good, clean warm welcome and supportive from staffs. The location is on the main road, have some small restaurants and street foods. Night market around the hotel location which is easy for visitor to buy some necessary materials such as, phone card, currency exchange and other souvenir. The room is clean

Остановились с мужем в этом отеле на 2 ночи. Отель находится в старом городе, пешком можно дойти до основных достопримечательностей. Рядом есть рестораны и магазины. В отеле тоже есть ресторан, там подают завтрак, но мы не брали его. В отеле есть небольшой бассейн и бар, а также спортивный зал. В номере не везде чисто, например, пыль в тумбочке. Постель чистая, полотенце тоже. Персонал приветливый и вежливый, есть охрана в отеле. Мы остались довольны отелем.
