All in all it was a decent hotel/apartment. Location was fantastic, 2 minutes from the beach and restaurants and bus stop. Super market around the corner. The room itself was not bad. Fairly spacious, ample cupboard and storage space, good kitchen amenities. However, the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were not at all comfortable and there was no air con. This made staying in the room from around 2pm to 7pm unbearable. The bathroom was tiny and the shower cabin was very very narrow which left you no choice but to bump your arms and elbows in the cabin doors each time you shampooed your hair. Reception was friendly but not too helpful. Daily cleaning was good. Towels were soft. Breakfast was good for the price and the main waiter was Eagle to please. If it had aircon I would add a star. It needs a bit of TLC and some form of cooling as temperatures hit over 30 while we were there.

The hotel was lovely, and the gentleman on reception was polite and friendly. However there was no kettle in the room. A coffee maker was provided when we asked and it did the job. Unfortunately the issues came when we went down for dinner. The bar was freezing as was the restaurant. (The staff member serving us at the bar and the restaurant had her coat on!) When we went through for dinner we should have realised there would be issues as there was no one else in there. I ordered the fillet steak at €24. I asked for it to be well done. When it arrived, it was practically blue. After three attempts of sending it back it was still medium at best, so my husband ate it. I ordered a plate of chips (at €5.50) and they were so salty they were inedible. My daughter and I ordered Lemon Tart each (also at €5.50 each). When it arrived it was more of a flan than a tart. We chose not to eat them as we don’t like flan based desserts. Our bill came to €83.36 with an addition of 10% cuota €8.34 so it totalled €91.70. There was nothing to compensate for the inconvenience. When my husband went down to the bar at 22:45 it was closed. Apparently it closes at 10:30.

He estado 21 días en apto. vista mar. 3 días antes de hacer el ultimo pago me comunican que está cerrado cafetería y restaurante, luego me enteré que llevan meses cerrados, al llegar nos dicen que va a haber servicio de desayunos a los 4 días, falso. Los colchones y la TV. son del siglo pasado. La tarima del suelo está abombada. El menaje es muy escaso. Pagué 5.000 € (2 personas) por 21 días en solo alojamiento, me parece abusivo en los meses de verano. Hay bastantes mejores opciones en la zona.

Está en una magnífica zona de Santander, a 1 minuto de la playa primera del Sardinero, se ve que es la mejor zona. Bares, restaurantes, paseo marítimo... Los apartamentos son amplios y bien equipados, una familia de 4 estuvimos perfectos. El desayuno era un extra de 9'50, pero hay supermercados y bares en la zona si no lo quieres hacer. Tiene párking de pago, pero hay mucho en su misma calle si no lo quieres usar. En general muy bien, si volviera a Santander repetiría ahí.

Ubicación inmejorable. Grandes espacios en los apartamentos. Pero baño muy Justo. Si muchos armarios Grandes para largas estancias. Y cocina / salita enorme. Y con todo. Precio razonable. Tiene garaje y cafetería el desayuno algo corto. Se nota mucha limpieza General para repetir.

Hemos estado varias veces alojados en el hotel. Esta limpio y las habitaciones son amplias Esta tan bien situado que es muy cómodo para moverte. Suele haber sitio para aparcar sin problema por la zona. Repetimos seguro
