"Terrible cleaning, small closet not suitable for more than 2 people, very few desserts, scarce food, they tell you to pick up your dishes, in the middle of nowhere. In short, I will not return, not recommended. Despite the poor management of the hotel, the staff was very friendly."

"It's the second time we go. This time we went for 2 nights and the two-bedroom apartment is quite good. The only problem is that it was a bit cool. They told us that the heating was at 21 degrees. The spa is quite good, although now you have to pay 10 euros per person to enter (previously it was included in the price). The bath towels are too small, and you can hear the elevator and the train a lot, since the track is next to the apartments. Still, we will probably repeat if we go through that area. Next door is a fairly large shopping center, and a restaurant where there are many first courses to choose from and many main courses for a very reasonable price. The girls at the reception are very nice and the maintenance guy is very attentive and very nice."

"It’s too bad. This hotel is a time machine. I traveled back to my childhood and lived in the countryside. I got up in the morning with a mother-like breakfast, my own eggs, delicious jamon, fresh fruit, and my own cake. Everything is precious. I can't wait to stay two more days!"

Hotel Boutique Las Brisas

"I chose this place because it is away from the main drag in Santander, but still with easy access. We walked most places otherwise you could hop on one of the many buses or grab a cab. We were on the ground floor. The room was small but delightfully decorated with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was down some stairs where a limited buffet was on offer, but this included locally made pastries. I went with my husband for 3 nights and we had a great time/"

Hotel Puerta Santander

"Just stayed for one night, was very close to ports. Short drive to city town and beaches. Could take bus 1 or 2 into town, parking is very hard to find. The hotel had a nice style to it they serve breakfast for a fee, and offer restaurant food all day. Our room was stuffy when we walked in A/C thermometer was on 24c so we went down stairs and in 5 mins our room was changed with no issues. We also arrived early and had no issues getting our room. The room are very clean and comfortable. Staff super professional and friendly."

"This is a very basic hotel, there is no assistance from the front desk, location is far from everything, except the beach, very little options to eat near by, rooms a very small snd the breakfast was ok"

"High quality hotel situated in a very good location easily within walking distance to the beaches and local restaurants and bars. Room was clean and well appointed with air conditioning. Staff were friendly and efficient. No problem recommending this hotel. The outside look of the hotel is not particularly attractive but inside it is what one would expect from a 4 star hotel."

"All in all it was a decent hotel/apartment. Location was fantastic, 2 minutes from the beach and restaurants and bus stop. Super market around the corner. The room itself was not bad. Fairly spacious, ample cupboard and storage space, good kitchen amenities. However, the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were not at all comfortable and there was no air con. This made staying in the room from around 2pm to 7pm unbearable. The bathroom was tiny and the shower cabin was very very narrow which left you no choice but to bump your arms and elbows in the cabin doors each time you shampooed your hair. Reception was friendly but not too helpful. Daily cleaning was good. Towels were soft. Breakfast was good for the price and the main waiter was Eagle to please. If it had aircon I would add a star. It needs a bit of TLC and some form of cooling as temperatures hit over 30 while we were there."
