Ulasan Super 8 by Wyndham Santa Clara

This hotel is fraudulent! I reserved a room for two nights under the impression it was Motel 6. When I arrived, two different hotel names were posted, Park Inn and Super 8. I waited 5 minutes in the lobby for assistance and called the phone number on my reservation, and no one answered. Finally the receptionist came, and explained to me there's new owners and they're still deciding the hotel name. Although I paid online, the lady said a $50 deposit is required at check in and that the $50 deposit would be returned at check out, which turned out to be a lie. And a $10 pet fee is charged PER night, and so I had to pay $20 for two nights. When I checked out, a male receptionist refused to return the $50 dollar deposit saying that the deposits do NOT get returned. Which does not make sense because the lady clearly stated that the deposit will get returned at check out. Today I called my bank and I was charged $30 for the pet fee! When it should have been 20. I only stayed 2 nights! The room was horrible. I've stayed in this hotel before when it was Motel 6 and I know it's not a 5 star hotel, but it was decent and I was assisted quickly! Now the rooms are poorly maintained. The bathroom floor wooden vinyl tiles sinks when you step on them. They were not properly installed. There is a burn mark on the tub. And I can't even wash my hands without getting water on my clothes and all over the mirror. The faucet sprays water in high pressure. And I was also given a "temporary" parking permit, which I don't understand why I need a permit in the first place. This hotel is going downhill. I will not be coming back here again. Don't recommend.

Be aware do not book with breakfast, there is no breakfast. Its a complimentary coffee.

Good experience to be there. Nice view, clean, neat, calm...
