tv remote would turn tv on and off but not control volume of channel changes

酒店服務非常差，七天才能打掃一次衞生，換毛巾還得自己拿到前台以舊換新，停車，洗衣均要收費，還沒有早餐，緊鄰火車道。管理人員有色眼鏡看人，要求幾次打掃衞生，完全無視，住了11天，一次房間打掃都沒有。

交通方便、環境乾淨

很垃圾的酒店，吹風機是壞的。下樓找前台他都説來人送但都沒有人送。睡覺的時候突然有人來敲門要修空調，進來把空調拆了房間弄亂，人走了門半掩着一個小時都沒回來。和樓下溝通他們就説馬上解決但回到房間還是沒有任何解決。

很糟糕的一次住宿體驗。嚴格執行下午4點入住，中午11點退房，中午下的飛機，因為物品很多，放在車上不安全，跟前台商量提前入住，可是根本不行，真想提前的話，交50美金，我們説那把行李行李寄存一下吧？前台説我們地方小，要收收5美金……退房也如此，因為我是晚上11點多的航班，而且孩子12點下課，所以商量可否延遲一個小時退房，跟前台説了，不行，“我們的那個房間都是11點退房”，無奈，我就衹能拿着行李，在休息區等待孩子放學後來接我，然後在外面逛到晚上8點去機場。十幾年的旅行經歷，第一次遇到這麼不講情理的酒店，我們的要求也並不過分，通常酒店方衹要有打掃出來的空房間，都會安排給客人，這家就是一個小時都不給客人，真是無語。 入住後房間是一週打掃一次。 另外設施比較陳舊了，但是衞生條件還是可以的。 但是，隔音效果不好，酒店後邊是鐵道，火車經過時，聲音還是挺大的，特別是鳴笛通過時，哈哈，可想而知。 最初選擇這家酒店的唯一理由就是在兒子學校對面，但是下次的話，這個理由也撼動不了我了，不會再選擇。

送孩子上學來的，酒店位置優越，設施較陳舊，但配備簡單廚具可做些簡餐。旁邊就是聖克拉拉小火車站，總有火車經停，很吵。買東西要穿過對面學校到超市，附近衹有家星巴克和一家麪包房。總的來説還算不錯。

The back side of the hotel butted up against the railroad tracks so I heard trains all night. Needs ear plugs to get decent sleep. The toilet would not flush unless you took the lid off because the handle would not work.

Reasonable room. Good location. A bit noisy, next to train station and bus hub. Poor construction quality, second floor window overlooking the parking lot had a broken frame and would not lock.

Really liked the staff the area it was very clean the only thing I was not satisfied with the check in time 4pm got to the hotel at 3:30 and had to wait but other than that great place to stay was not satisfied with the check in time

It was a pretty nice and calm place. Only thing was the showers faucet wasn’t working well and more water than needed was spewing from shower.

Staff was friendly nice place quiet out side place is kind of in the back off the Main Street there is little train museum there is cool free and lots of fast food places and restaurants like 10 minutes away both directions the only thing is tv works okay not too many channels

I enjoyed the stay here , it was so clean, the staff very friendly, the noise level was perfect. I felt safe staying here, I really liked the fact that during night hours you need your room key to be able to go inside the building. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip. If you are traveling solo I really recommend this hotel
