Hotel restaurant is very good. The breakfast had a decent variety specially taking into account the price per night.  The rooms are new but they are poorly insulated when it comes to noise, you can hear everything going on outside. If someone closes the door, you hear it like its your room.

sehr gute Erreichbarkeit, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Gutes Hotel wenn man einen kleinen Zwischenstopp in Coimbra einlegen möchte

Instalações a precisar de renovação. Quartos antigos. Espaço do pequeno-almoço sem nenhum funcionário para atender os clientes. Localização e preço bons.

Pequeno almoço fraco e com pouca variedade. Nos quartos, embaixo das camas havia muito cotão, lixo e pó. Havia muitos jantares de natal o que acabou por tornar o estacionamento caótico, devia haver mais cuidado para que quem está hospedado tenha lugar. O meu filho acabou por perder o gorro na recepção e ninguem o viu ou achou..

Achei que ficava bem no centro, fica um pouco mais distante, mas sai bem barato de Uber ou Bolt. O almoço de lá é muito bom. Quarto de casal aconchegante com banheira, ar e tv. Valeu a pena.

Nice, big hotel with great views over Coimbra. This hotel is situated on a hill a little out of town. Our room was medium size with a K Size bed and a good sized bathroom. We stayed at this hotel as part of our tour with a group. Bathroom had a shower over the bath. No tea/coffee making facilities. Safe in the room. At night we could hear a lot of noise coming from music down below the hotel and other noisy guests in the passage ways. We had dinner at the hotel but found there were not enough staff to cater for the group ordering drinks. We were also unable to go to the bar to get a drink as it was not staffed.

It’s a joke when someone can’t sit on the toilet properly because the counter tops were cut to large and do they hang over your legs like your sitting in a hi-chair. It shows the hotels disrespect for the comfort of their guest When they could’ve taken care of it when it was first put it in. Whatever happened to comfort we’ll it’s not here the beds are rock hard ant the pillow cases feel like disposable ones. I won’t even get started about the customer service. We expected better from you , Cosmos Tours

A las afueras de Coimbra, en un cerro con unas vistas espectaculares, se encuentra este hotel que ya está bastante entrado en años y no demasiado cuidado. Las habitaciones son las típicas de un hotel grande de 3 o 4 estrellas pero con detalles ya no de hotel antiguo, sino de mal mantenido. El precio es muy bueno, la ubicación muy cómoda, tiene buen aparcamiento y el desayuno mejor que la media.

Bij aankomst zagen wij een oud hotel. Onze hotelkamer deed ons denken aan het voormalige oostblok. Wat een lawaai! De hotelkamerdeur kun je niet met de klink dichtdoen, en moet je met een harde klap dichttrekken, wat dus ook de onder-, boven-, over-, naaste- buren deden. Je kon de overige gasten vanaf hun hotelkamer horen praten, douchen etc. De vloer lag los in de kamers, dus je hoorde elke stap die gemaakt werd. Het ontbijt was dramatisch. Je kunt van 7u -10u ontbijten. Om 9u was meer dan de helft op. Werd niet bijgevuld, geen boter, geen ham, geen jam en noem maar op. Chagrijnig personeel en bij uitchecken werd niet gevraagd of alles naar wens is geweest... misschien bang voor het antwoord? Badkamer is het enige positieve aan dit hotel. Gelukkig was het maar 1 nacht...rennen
